2 things: 1. Calendar function does not allow for printing for the receptionist. I have to subscribe to iCal and then print. 2. When students are moved from Review into Enrollment, I lose all of the valuable Review data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service used to be excellent and that has not been the case this year... people are wrong, or unfamiliar with how the technology works, there has been some 'who's on first' in a few circumstances, and it seems like some gaps in support as the team has grown.
