However, what I have been most impressed with, in my 5+ years working with the company and its employees, is the customer service. At the moment there is nothing that I am dis-satisfied with from my time working with School Admin. We just started year three of our use and we certainly have not tapped in to the products full potential yet, but see that there is room for us to continue to grow within the system. a complete record of information and transactions with every child/family that is easily accessible by every member of the team. Easy to use workflow tools for inquiries, applications, openhouse, testing, searching and reporting. As we move are in our 4th year the longitudinal record is very valuable. SchoolAdmin allows me to customize my admissions process, communicate easily and quickly with our constituents, and roll admissions into enrollment with a click of a button. While the system organizes applicants and parents, it also creates a "pause" in the process if a name is a possible duplicate in the system. During the admissions season, I need to check my admin portal several times a day to import names and either match them with a previous name in the system or create a new account. This delay can be confusing to parents if they want to continue the process immediately since the timeline is dependent on me to import the names. It might improve the system if there were more points of commonality (address, birth date, no reference to capitalization, etc.) that would allow the parent to move on in the process without waiting for me to import the name.
