I find SchoolAdmin's Enrollment module to be extremely user friendly, both from the administrator side as well as for the parents. We especially love the highly customizable enrollment contracts and the robust communications piece. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like that we cannot currently pass payment plan selection through the FACTS integration from the contract. A also think the user authentication process is a bit clunky, especially during the first year when all of our parents (not just new ones) were having to learn a new system and get authenticated individually to support dual signature on the contracts. The most helpful components of SchoolAdmin are the ability to make the application process as paperless as possible and the ability for online tour scheduling--this has allowed families to schedule tours when they think about it (nights, weekends), as opposed to waiting to catch us in-office or when we can respond. School Admin has been such a wonderful addition to our school's admissions process. We had previously been managing everything through Excel and paper but this has truly transformed our admissions process. Truly, not much! Finding the correct fields can be a pain, as the pop-up window is fairly small and not expandable. Maybe a search function would help. This exists elsewhere in SchoolAdmin (in email templates, for example). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform and software package are very strong and incredibly useful. However, what I have been most impressed with, in my 5+ years working with the company and its employees, is the customer service. Highly responsive, highly knowledgeable, and always interested in providing the best service and helping me find a solution.
