What do you like best about FileHandler Enterprise?

The data that is entered into File Handler can be converted into spreadsheets reports for easier understanding. i also like that I can access a claimant's (employee) information and files all in one site, i dont have to jump to different sites or programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileHandler Enterprise?

So far I do not have any issues with File Handler, besides the Active X controls issue but that has gotten better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FileHandler Enterprise?

Software menu is intuitive. Pages are customizable to fit our institutions needs for multiple lines of business. Integrates seamlessly with our accounting and HR software. Customer service is responsive, knowledgeable and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileHandler Enterprise?

The item and page security can be confusing compared to the old platform. But I would attribute that partially to the fact that we were so used to the old platform that it takes time to make the switch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
