## About FiggyCRM
FiggyCRM is a CRM for solo owners and small service teams who win work and then have to deliver it. When you win a deal, FiggyCRM creates the project with the contact, notes, and history already attached, so nothing gets retyped between the sale and the job. Everything is included: contacts and companies, deals through stages you name, projects with delivery stages, tasks tied to a contact, deal, or project, an activity timeline for notes, calls, and emails, file attachments, and email reminders on the days and times you pick. Log an email to a contact using a private address, with no inbox to connect. Import from your old CRM and export everything anytime. Two-factor sign-in and daily backups come standard. One price, no feature tiers, no seat minimums, no annual contract. FiggyCRM doesn't do invoicing, proposals, contracts, time tracking, or marketing automation. It's built to sit alongside tools like QuickBooks for those jobs.
