## About Fieldpost
Fieldpost is a jobsite documentation tool designed to help teams capture and organize visual records of work in the field. Using the mobile app, crews can take photos and videos of each stage of a project; the app automatically tags every image with the date, time and GPS location so there’s always a clear audit trail. Photos and videos are grouped by project, making it easy to find the right files later, and users can add notes or drawings directly on the images to highlight key details or potential issues. Beyond basic capture, Fieldpost lets you generate professional PDF reports with just a few taps, which can be shared with clients or stakeholders to document pre‑work conditions, progress updates or completed tasks. All captured data is stored securely in the cloud and can be accessed from any device, and the app works offline—photos taken without service will sync when a connection is restored. The interface is kept deliberately simple to minimize training time, and the service is designed to provide the core features contractors need without overcomplicating things.
