FieldKrew Reviews & Product Details

FieldKrew is a mobile-first CRM and field service management platform built for contractors and trade businesses. It combines lead tracking, customer records, job scheduling, quotes, invoicing, payments, and team coordination in a single app, designed for small to mid-size contractors who run their business from a phone, not a desk. Built for roofers, HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, painters, cleaners, pest control operators, pool service companies, landscapers, and every other trade that runs on service calls, FieldKrew replaces the patchwork of spreadsheets, group texts, sticky notes, and legacy contractor CRMs that most small businesses are stuck with today. Core capabilities: • Lead pipeline: track prospects from first call to booked job with source attribution and conversion reporting • Customer records: full history of jobs, quotes, invoices, messages, and photos organized per customer • Job scheduling and dispatch: assign work to crews, block time on a calendar or Gantt view, dispatch from the field • Quotes and change orders: build branded PDF estimates, collect e-signatures, convert quotes to jobs in one tap • Invoicing and payments: send invoices, accept card, ACH, and Apple Pay, deposit direct to your bank via Stripe Connect • Employees and subcontractors: manage your krew, log hours, split commissions, export for payroll • Fleet and inventory: track trucks, equipment, parts, and material costs • Photo documentation: before and after job photos with GPS and timestamp • Two-way messaging: SMS and email, logged automatically per customer FieldKrew differs from legacy contractor CRMs like Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan in three ways. First, it's mobile-first, with native iOS and Android apps rather than a web app wrapped in a browser shell. Second, flat transparent pricing at $49.99 per month for Pro with unlimited everything, no per-user seats, no per-feature upsells. Third, 0% platform fee on invoice payments for Pro users, just Stripe's card processing rate with no percentage skimmed on top of every payment your customers make. The Free tier includes lead tracking, customer records, basic scheduling, and one user forever. The Pro tier at $49.99 per month unlocks unlimited jobs, unlimited team members, photo documentation, customer portal, subcontractor management, automated communication, and the 0% platform fee. FieldKrew is the CRM built for contractors who work in the field.
