## About FieldBased
FieldBased is field-service management software built for the operators the big platforms overcharge: solo techs and 1–10-person crews in trades like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, tree care, snow removal, cleaning, and AV/install. It runs the whole day in one place — capture a lead, book it on the calendar, dispatch and check in the crew, build the estimate, send the invoice from the driveway, and take the card payment before the truck moves. Customers get a branded booking page and self-serve hub; the crew gets scheduling, job details, and built-in messaging. Recurring services, contracts with e-signature, inventory, route optimization, and B2B outreach are included on the plans that have them — not sold as add-ons. The difference is the pricing model. Most field-service tools advertise a low base price, then charge per user and per feature until the real monthly cost is three times the sticker. FieldBased is flat: one plan price, every feature in that plan included, the only usage-based charge a 1% card-processing fee.
