After 25+ years in the industry I haven't used anything that comes close. **What do you dislike about Field Ascend?** Honestly very little to flag. The initial setup took a bit of time as we migrated data across and got used to the structure, but that's standard with any platform of this depth. Would like to see the reporting dashboard continue to expand with more customisable views, though the team seems to be rolling out improvements regularly. **What problems is Field Ascend solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's replaced the patchwork of systems and manual processes we used to rely on. Jobs, engineers, scheduling, certificates, invoicing — all now flow through a single platform instead of being stitched together across spreadsheets and separate tools. The result is less admin, fewer mistakes, and much better visibility across the business.
