Fathom Pricing Overview

I love Fathom for its simplicity and visual presentation of data. It makes a significant difference in my role, especially since I need to present complex financial data to audiences who come from both financial and non-financial backgrounds. The ability to simplify these presentations is crucial for effective communication. I really like how intuitive Fathom is as a reporting platform. It automates our month-end close and provides customized and detailed reports, which helps our clients understand their business operations better. The customer support is amazing, with agents responding in about ten minutes with detailed, thoughtful answers. I also highly recommend the customer service. The customization of the reports is great, and I find Fathom quite user-friendly. The value I'm receiving is very high compared to what we were spending with Jirav for the same functionality. I don't think Fathom handles and forecasts accruals very well. It struggles with things like revenue recognition and prepaid expenses — basically anything that needs to be accrued over time. It just doesn't do a great job with these. We often need to use some workarounds to get it to work, and while the support team has helped us find solutions, they're not always ideal.
