What do you dislike about FastPass IVM?

I also appreciate how it's integrated with our ITSM platform and authentication providers like Okta and DUO, and ties into our ticketing system for seamless verification tracking. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward with helpful documentation and predefined templates, making it easy to adjust as needs change. What do you dislike about FastPass IVM?

One area for improvement would be broader out of the box support for authentication tools like Microsoft Authenticator push notifications. While the platform integrates well with many solutions, having native support for additional authenticators would reduce configuration effort. Shout out to FastPass IVM Team, First we worked over 1 month to implement a solution replacing the current identify verification process. After having been operation for 2 month, we integrated with ITSM system and implemented some of the newer proofing items, this step significantly enhanced service, reduced handling time and also improved end-user and agent satisfaction.
