The live chat from Fasthosts is articulate, consistent and accessible. The capturing of other third part software through integration is something the vendor are collectively managed. **What do you dislike about Fasthosts?** Fasthosts has stipulated all the data safety options, and there are no operational challenges. **What problems is Fasthosts solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fasthosts has helped manage all the domains, and there proper host management. It's uncluttered and very intuitive to navigate. I can always get to where I need to be or find the information I require without any problems. I use it for all aspects of wesite management: from researching and securing domains to hosting my own sites and those of my customers (I have just launched a website design business). There are sometimes techincal questions or issues that I cant resolve myself. On these occasions I have found the support pages and email/messaging support to be very prompt and helpful. I've not experienced any issues with server downtime so far and I've been with FastHosts for many years. **What do you dislike about Fasthosts?** The interface for FTP works well but the design is rather basic, and the default font size may well be too small for some users. **What problems is Fasthosts solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fasthosts provides me with professional level domain and hosting services in a variety of packages. It apppeals to me that I see clearly how to meet my need now and what options exist for me in the future as my business ideas evolve. ### 3. Easy to navigate and maintain, this reliable platform is feature packed and ideal for wordpress sites and themes. The customer support is second to non and we have integrated the email server into our standard mailer setup with ease. The billing process is quite cumbersome. The support provided is inadequate. The user interface appears cluttered making it difficult to change the registrant of a domain quickly. **What do you dislike about Fasthosts?** The initial cost of domain registration seems attractive the renewal prices are not as appealing. There are servers that provide better value, for money. Customer service sometimes be a source of frustration. **What problems is Fasthosts solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fasthosts solves the problem of complexity and time consuming tasks. The user interface is difficult to use. Support is slow at times to resolve issues. You can register the first year for just a pound but keep in mind that you will pay full price for the 2nd year. **What do you dislike about Fasthosts?** Renewal prices could be more competitive. I also had a problem re: the payment of VAT which I could never sort out with their sales dept despite never coming across the issue with other UK registrars. **What problems is Fasthosts solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cheap UK domain registration. Even with full price renewal if you divide by 2 then you are getting a good deal. They also offer the opportunity to register domains with numerous extensions in the hundreds. ### 7.
