Was very excited to have a program that was advertised by FarmRaise.
I travel 15-20 days a month with lots of hotel time to get paperwork done.
Sadly, the customer service is lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
AWFUL customer service! Might be ideal if one is a tech savvy 20-something; but for the majority of the farming community, the program is less than worthless. I was unable to even get past the introduction; never could progress to entering data and expenses. Watched the videos, still unable. Tried calling; schedule a call a day or more in the future was the answer. I have my MBA from Ohio University and been in business for decades; I fly a 747. I’m familiar with accounting and high tech gadgets. Wanted to track the farm accounting like we do in other aspects of our business. FarmRaise was a complete waste of time and money. What I got from the customer service rep was “Sorry, we’re a small staff.” Told them I was cancelling since I could not get started and got an email with the attitude of “Happy to Cancel You”. Wow. Can’t imagine trying to build a business with that kind of customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
