Without this no e-commerce or listicle page is complete. **What do you dislike about FacetWP?** Just like any other plugin available in the market, it should also have a free plan to test it with limited functionalities or less resource usage. The plan is costly for a small website. **What problems is FacetWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** You won't believe but this feature is well-required in a WordPress website and there is no solution for it. Some themes do come up with their own faceted search options but we cannot add themes without any use. FacetWP solves this issue effectively. ### 2. Has integration with popular page builders. For developers it has lots of hooks. Super clean code makes it possible to pass google core web vitals. **What do you dislike about FacetWP?** It's a little complicated in the beginning, has a learning curve. I couldn't make it work on bricks builder. Wish there was a free version for small projects. **What problems is FacetWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instead of basic search filters FacetWP is working like a navigation. There is no proper alternative to having a faceted search option in WordPress. **What do you dislike about FacetWP?** You will need to learn a bit about the plugin in order to create your filtered search mainly if you are using a page builder like Elementor. Also, there can be a pre-built widget with design elements at least for Elementor. **What problems is FacetWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** FacetWP is a savior when it comes to the WordPress search filter option. There is no option to create a faceted search even with leading page builders. Also, the other options available are very bulky and do not work properly. ### 4. It isn't as plug-and-play as most Wordpress plugins. It's a developer tool to *enhance* existing code. **What problems is FacetWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's time consuming and complicated to build out responsive search-filtering interfaces within the Wordpress ecosystem - FacetWP does SO much to help with this. ### 5. The facets work quickly and the plugin is kept up to date and modern. I like that it integrates tightly with SearchWP. Support has been very helpful and personable. **What do you dislike about FacetWP?** I'm not a developer, so the actual setup for this has been too complex for me. Support has been helpful, but you'll need to be reasonable competent with WordPress to customize this much. **What problems is FacetWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our site has thousands of content items and filtering is a vital component of search.
