Enterprise G2 reviewers managing thousands of devices gravitate toward Premium CA for higher throughput and 24/7 support. Cloud-first small businesses also find the entry tier viable for replacing Windows Server CA deployments.

EZCA offers no permanent free tier, but a free trial is available for evaluation. EZCA's paid plans start at $200/month for Basic CA, which includes FIPS 140-2 Level 2 HSM-backed CAs, SCEP support, Azure integrations, ACME automation, and 99.9% availability with next-business-day support. The $6,000/month Private Infrastructure tier adds 160 certificates per second and one-hour support SLAs. EZCA's pricing scales by CA count, not certificate volume, which G2 reviewers flag as a key differentiator from competing vendors.

Is EZCA considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers consistently rate EZCA at 5.0/5, with strong value sentiment tied to its per-CA pricing model rather than per-certificate billing. Multiple G2 reviewers explicitly call out this distinction as a major cost advantage, especially during testing phases where certificate volume spikes. Reviewers across mid-market and enterprise segments highlight eliminated on-prem infrastructure costs, reduced maintenance overhead, and fast setup as concrete savings. One G2 reviewer noted EZCA is cheaper than maintaining staff or hardware. The $200/month Basic CA entry point is widely praised as accessible. Minor cons around audit log filtering and dashboard customization appear but do not affect value sentiment.

"Effortless PKI Management with Sensible Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about EZCA?

I love EZCA for its ease of setup and use; the setup process was really straightforward and well documented. It’s also very reliable, which is crucial for my work. I also like that it's vendor agnostic and only depends on PKI standards. The pricing model is very reasonable and sensible, based on the number of Certificate Authorities deployed instead of certificates issued, which is unlike other vendors. This approach avoids drastically high costs, especially with testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
