It replaces automatically the Wordpress Search without any hassle. And the best Part is the advanced search results are displayed as an overlay with customizable filter functionality, without reloading the page. Also the possibility to index custom Post Types. That's a totally new search experience in wordpress. High recommend and totally worth the money! **What do you dislike about ExpertRec?** Nothing at all - It took a a while to understand how to do all custom settings but the Support was fast and helpful. If the backend become a little bit more self explaining it would be helpful, but with the help of the support we where able to integrate the solution very quick. **What problems is ExpertRec solving and how is that benefiting you?** With a high volume content Website most iof the WP Plugins struggles whit speed. Means a internal search could take too long as a website visitor is willing to wait. The plugin solves this oerfectly and the search results are shown imediately when typing - also with a huge amount of content on the site. This works for E_commerce products as well for normal Bolg content. ### 2. And they are working to add ChatGPT! **What do you dislike about ExpertRec?** I cannot find anything I dislike about ExpertRec. **What problems is ExpertRec solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have over 43k pages of historical published articles that I converted to searchable text. Without a good search engine, users would have to look through all these pages one at a time. With ChatGPT integration in the future, we will be able to write stories quickly for use in our future museum. I tried to get google to cache all my pages, they did 37k out of 43k; but when I use their search bar on my site I only get a fraction of the returns that my wonderful ExpertRec search bar does. Bing was much worse. ### 3. Everything I was looking for. Other options involved extensive databases or Google "free" search. My client did not want Google sending customers off their website. This has customization and simple implementation. There are choices in pricing. Customer Service was incredibly willing to explain all the features, answer my many questions and ultimately help me make a decision best for my client. ExpertRec replies to emails quickly, and a video conference was a huge help. They could not do more to make you understand their product. **What do you dislike about ExpertRec?** There is nothing I dislike. In this age of customer service not getting to the issue-ExpertRec shines a welcome light on customer support. Our products are all custom-built, but we needed to have our clients locate features and options of our 500+ page to view the photos. ### 4. The search engine is comprehensive, easy to implement, and cost-effective. It was able to index hundreds of web pages with ease and accuracy quickly. I was also impressed by the customer service team, who were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. **What do you dislike about ExpertRec?** The only thing I disliked about ExpertRec Search was that there weren't any customization options available in the free version. However, this wasn't a significant issue since we were able to upgrade to a paid plan that offered more features. **What problems is ExpertRec solving and how is that benefiting you?** My client needed to enhance the search capabilities of its website, which was running its internal search leveraging Elasticsearch. The challenge was to include every website section in the search results. Elasticsearch was performing very well for product-specific searches but was not considering contents in the product categories and other marketing and resources pages. ExpertRec was easy to set up and worked straight way. ### 5. Also almost every page is searchable in the tool. **What do you dislike about ExpertRec?** The Dutch language seems like it is not fully integrated. Sometimes you don't get the right page with the right search result and sometimes the search query changes to an unknown query. The US of the tooling can be better as well. The code was very easy to implement which meant we deployed and tested it very quickly. Amazing customer service, very responsive. **What do you dislike about ExpertRec?** There is nothing we have disliked about the experience of using the tool or getting information from the manufacturer. Expertrec has been quick to respond and very helpful even when communicating with junior members of our team. **Recommendations to others considering ExpertRec:** Expertrec has been a fantastic company so far, no complaints, no issues, very easy to implement, and quick to answer questions when needed, which is all that we needed. **What problems is ExpertRec solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to increase time on site, and this is the best tool for it, whatever your aims, you need to keep customers on your site, and all the search engines like that too. and it was this problem we were trying to solve. We've recently integrated Expertrec for a cliënt that has a lot of custom wishes. With meta tags we were able to integrate a custom search engine. Willingness to adapt the product to our needs without the usual hassle of endless scoping documents and subsequent arguments about what is in scope and out of scope. **What do you dislike about ExpertRec?** Limited overlap of business hours given business location. **What problems is ExpertRec solving and how is that benefiting you?** Search has always been a challenge for PartsWarehouse given the unusual use case of users searching combinations of natural words and random alphanumeric part and model numbers at the same time. And with over 2M model and part numbers combined, with potentially duplicated numbers between different manufacturers, deducing the most relevant results for any given search is not an out-of-the-box capability of any Search vendor. Our experience with Melchi and his team at ExpertRec has been outstanding. They developed a genuine understanding of our unique need, were responsive throughout the integration process, and have delivered a customized solution which not only produces two sets of results - one for matching Models, and one for Parts - but also conforms model and part number strings in both the user's search and our index to enable the most relevant matches for any given search. I am able to power my directory website with results not currently on my site by creating an xml sitemap. This feature alone is amazing. As a result I am able to pre-populate my directory without having the content on my site. If you build directories you should really take a demo. **What do you dislike about ExpertRec?** I'd prefer a cleaner UX in their saas dashboard but any issues I have had have been swwiftly handled by support. Aditya in support is more than willing to bend over backwards to make sure you are getting what you need from their software and New (The owner, that's his name) has also been more than willing to work with me to make certain I am getting value from this solution. **Recommendations to others considering ExpertRec:** My advice for anybody looking for a custom site search or a simplified directory solution is that you take advantage of the free demo. I am currently using this solution on three directory websites with plans to add more. **What problems is ExpertRec solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a simple site search solution that could include results not on my website and this more than fits the bill.
