eWAIT Reviews & Product Details

eWAIT is a lightweight digital waitlist designed for small walk-in businesses like barbershops, nail salons, and clinics. Customers check in by scanning a QR code or opening your business link, then choose to either Wait In-Shop (no SMS needed) or Text Me When Ready for real-time alerts. Owners stop losing walk-ins to lobby chaos and get peace of mind knowing every customer has a spot in line. Staff can manage the queue from any phone, tablet, or laptop — no kiosks, no downloads, no learning curve. Unlike appointment-first systems or expensive enterprise queue software, eWAIT is built for independent shops: setup in under 3 minutes, no hardware required, and pricing that starts at just $9/month. Analytics on peak hours, average wait times, and no-show rates help businesses make better staffing decisions and improve customer experience.
