Evidwell Tech Reviews & Product Details

Evidwell is supported housing CRM and management software built for UK providers of supported housing, supported living and exempt accommodation. It brings resident support, property compliance, Housing Benefit and evidence reporting into one connected system, so teams record the work once and managers can see what is happening without chasing spreadsheets. Support workers record key-work sessions on a phone, linked to each resident’s needs assessment and support plan goals. Managers see overdue reviews, weak notes, expiring certificates, incidents and Housing Benefit shortfalls on one dashboard. Directors get occupancy, income at risk and compliance across every scheme. Evidwell helps providers answer council exempt accommodation reviews and prepare for the National Supported Housing Standards and licensing. Pricing is per resident, with unlimited staff accounts on every plan, and guided implementation includes data migration and training.
