Eventcube is incredibly helpful when creating events. Not only you have the option to personalize everything to your taste, but it gives you a real professional experience. They also have incredible customer service with clear answers and instructions. So far I’m 100% satisfied.

**What do you like best about Eventcube?**

I am not overly experienced with website tickets, so I was expecting it to be quite difficult to navigate around, but EventCube has been quite easy to use, straightforward forward and self-explanatory, so I would recommend it to other beginners such as myself.
It happens to have to run different events at the same time, and I liked that it was quite well organised and everything seemed easy to amend. 
I also appreciate, that their customer service is made of real persons, rather than speaking with yourself through an AI boot, and they are quite helpful when you need them.

**What do you dislike about Eventcube?**

I would appreciate it more if they would have their own app to scan the tickets, so that on the day on the event, I could use the same platform, rather than download a different software.

Organising an event, either free or with paid entrance, it's very important to be in control of the number of people who are going to attend: Eventcube is a goodplatform to do that

I havent found anything yet perhaps up loading an event photo was a little annoying cause of the required specs

**What do you like best about Eventcube?**

Firstly I like how event cube keeps track of the number of orders and tracks order data. This is especially helpful as should I client have a query with their order I can easily identify their order by their name or email or IP address . Secondly I like their design options ; I can customise the page to be colourful or match my company colours.

**What do you dislike about Eventcube?**

Well firstly I dislike the processing fees as those fees get passed onto each of our clients but this is not a huge issue.

**What do you like best about Eventcube?**

I enjoy the usability of Eventcube. So far it has been able to achieve what we need - following a rather complex event with lots of subevents. 
The platform us super easy to use and their help desk should you ever get suck is very helpful and responsive. 
You are able to brand your store to your brand guidelines very easily and this helps with continuing a professional look to clients/customers.
The reporting is brilliant and the ability to edit info forms (what you ask from the purchaser) has made our life so much easier when it comes to diet/accessibility requirements. 
Using this platform for our Leadership series has been brilliant and very well received by our executive leadership team.
The ability to upgrade on a monthly basis, with no contract, is ideal and we found integration was very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Eventcube?**

Having used this system for many years I can honestly say that I have not found a downside to doing so. It's simply made my life organising and marketing events so much easier.

**What problems is Eventcube solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to find a way to allow clients to register for our event, but also register to a speaking event (we have around 10 during the whole day and they are on a limited seated basis). We wanted to make it as easy as possible for clients to do this and didn't want them to have to buy separate tickets for each - because we knew this would put people off. 
Eventcube has allowed us to add subevents within the main event, so as the client buys their entry ticket, they can also register for all subevents really easily. 
We can also tailor what info we want from them, so have been able to custom build the form they complete - to easily capture diet/accessibility requirements then quickly report on this. It has saved many, many hours of manual work for us!

Incredibly in-depth POS for ticketing and events, I'm amazed with how much I can do and the built in modifications offered. The built in rep feature is also great for incentivizing band member sales, etc! Super easy to implement and integrate!

Just a hair slow on the free plan when loading, and while fees are great, still feel like I'm losing more than I'd like but that's just me,

We organize multiple events across the country that are exclusive to our clients. We needed a ticketing platform that was able to restrict access to these events to only a specific number of people. 
Eventcube was able to provide unique codes we could share with clients, which was not something we found as easily with other partners.

**What do you like best about Eventcube?**

I came across Eventcube when suddenly I found out that Eventbrite were starting to charge for ticketing for free online events (boo!). Eventbrite's layout looked professional and user friendly and the way they described their mission fitted well with my values. Site set-up and admin has been a very smooth experience, with great customer support. And most importantly - there have been no hidden charges. The service really is free at the base level (and that level works fine for my needs, running online events for up to 200 attendees). I wasn't sure about the need for an 'online store page' at first (because Eventbrite doesn't have one) - but since starting to use it I really like it - it gives a fixed focal point for people who what to find out what my group are going to be running next.

**What do you dislike about Eventcube?**

The only negative (and its a small one) is that the registration page asks for more details from registrants than Eventbrite did. Some of the fields can be switched off, but not all of them. So you still end up asking registrants for details that you don't really need (and which it would be a simpler, less intrusive process to not ask for).

Eventcube solves the problem that Eventbrite has started charging for ticketing for free events. Meanwhile, use of an online event registration service avoids the hassle of administering a flood of emails to and from each registrant.

It was easy to get set up and I found the dashboard pretty intuitive. All the features I needed were included in the basic plan. Stripe connection was a plus.

I tried using the chat feature for help but no one got back to me. Worked it out myself in the end. Make sure you check all the fees (for platform and for Stripe, if you use it).

The simplicity of the platform and the support we recieve, we love the fact that we can have a simple issue and it be solved within seconds. The rep program is very good too!

No downside apart from the custimisation options. I think we need to be able to customise it a lot further than what we currently do. Other than that, faultless.

Eventcube solves the problem of tracking ticket sales/rsvps to our free events which would otherwise have been in our inbox. It's much more efficient for us to log in, check sales numbers, and export contact details than to monitor replies by emails so it saves the team time and allows us to better analyse booking data.

**What do you like best about Eventcube?**

I had a seamless experience when it came to adding and editing events. It was effortless to customize them to my liking, and the process was both intuitive and informative. The reporting feature provided me with real-time insights into the progress of the event, including its financial status. Thanks to a great integration of Stripe, managing the financials became much simpler.

**What do you dislike about Eventcube?**

QFlow, although good, was a little troublesome to sync up and required a support request from them. Adding QFlow to my event was not a problem though. I think a feature that flags the sync issue may be a great addition to this product.

**Recommendations to others considering Eventcube:**

Go for the 5% package and make sure you charge the customer a booking fee; there are three companies to will need to use to get the best out of this service: Eventcube, QFlow, and Stripe. They all need paying, and a small fee will help with that

**What problems is Eventcube solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By eliminating the burden of handling ticket sales and dealing with self-installed software for event bookings, the entire event management process becomes significantly smoother. Mundane tasks like email delivery and validating sales are taken care of, allowing me, as an organizer, to concentrate on the event itself rather than the nitty-gritty of ticket sales and technical support inquiries. The support center's ability to handle customer queries goes beyond just providing a ticketing solution—it adds tremendous value to the overall experience.

Eventcube's customer service and system' ease of use was not only paramount for us internally but our clients as well. Having the ability to transfer simplistic, robust features and accuracy to our clients makes Eventcube top notch.

**What do you dislike about Eventcube?**

Honestly, that they are London. If they were closer I'd buy these guys drinks. The time difference did pose a challenge in the beginning but like I said; their responsiveness was beyond expectation and easily helped us close the gap of information.

Currently the virtual events business has exploded since the pandemic. Eventcube helped us continue business during a lull in live and in-person events. Eventcube provided a seamless transition between in-person and virtual opportunities. Since Covid we've seen impact in hybrid events merging both event solutions into one.

No other platform allows me the freedom of design  and customisation like eventcube.
The UX is so simple and easy to navigate and is a pleasure to present to my guests.

-Changes made in the event description.are not always immediate or sometimes don't show up at all.

-It  would also help if we had PREVIEW SITE links so that I don't have to keep enabling or disabling the event page

The layout is easy to use and the event itself looks very smart, and better than Eventbrite, in my opinion. It makes the event look visually appealing. The listing is easy to set up and works well on both the movile and the desktop versions.

I want to be able to see the names of people who have bought tickets and their details on the dashboard, currently seems the only way to do this is to download a .csv which is incovenient on an iphone

We had several ticket reps, they were easy to set up but some had difficulty signing in. It would be helpful to be able to download rep data, eg number of tickets sold/revenue

I can't think of any except for the time difference, but they constantly adjust and consistently deliver.

A lot of actually from adjusting to our special request and mostly urgent requirements that they never failed to support us. From helping us to shift from just a ticketing platform to live digital /virtual events.

**What do you like best about Eventcube?**

The Eventcube team is always on hand and readily available to help out with any/every issue I have had. I love that I can fully customise/brand my ticketing/lead gen store at every touch point. The customer never leaves my website, so it feels like a seamless experience. Their ticketing options (group buys, transport ad ons, dedicated ticket reps and discount codes have come particularly come in handy. The data and analytics they provide is useful too as it helps me to make data-driven decisions based on pricing, launch dates, ticket types and more. Wouldn't use any other platform!

**What do you dislike about Eventcube?**

The email marketing / promotional tools could be a little more fully-featured, but there's enough to get the job done.

**What problems is Eventcube solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Eventcube as my ticketing platform for my client's events. Before using Eventcube we used platforms like Eventbrite which add a transaction fee on top making it more expensive for the end user, so we love that we save money! It's also great that you can get any revenue from ticket sales as it comes in. This allows us to push more budget into marketing which was something we weren't able to do when using previous platforms for our ticketing.

Creating a custom ticket page for my event, giving it more personality and reflecting our show to the customers.

We had to use third-party integrations for things such as Scanning and Seat planning, but that was not the end of the world and it still worked together well.

Upfront access to cash from each sale alleviated potential cashflow problems for events with long lead times.
