## About Estimark
Estimark is construction management software for UK builders, contractors, and property maintenance firms. It combines estimating, quoting, scheduling, invoicing, CIS compliance, health and safety management, and reactive maintenance. Modules include job costing, procurement, fleet management, and HR functions. Built on AWS Bedrock, its AI generates risk assessments, analyzes tender documents, estimates costs from photos, and identifies contractual risks. CIS deductions comply with HMRC regulations, automating tax calculations and subcontractor verification. VAT reverse charge requirements are managed with proper invoice storage. For reactive maintenance, Estimark tracks Awaab's Law deadlines and offers a resident portal for repair requests with photos. Health and safety tools include risk assessments, site inductions, toolbox talks, COSHH documentation, and RIDDOR reporting. Mobile-friendly, it supports GPS tracking, QR code clock-ins, and integrates with Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.
