Estima8 Reviews & Product Details

Estima8 is an AI-powered quoting software designed specifically for print shops to streamline and accelerate the estimating and quoting process. By integrating seamlessly with PrintSmith Vision (PSV), Estima8 transforms traditional, time-consuming quoting methods into a swift, efficient workflow, reducing the time from request to estimate from approximately two hours to just two minutes. The process begins when Estima8 reads incoming job requests immediately upon arrival, extracting all relevant job details automatically. This instant intake ensures that no request sits idle, waiting for manual attention. Once the job details are parsed, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) reviews and approves the specifications with a single click, maintaining human oversight and control over the process. Importantly, no estimate is sent without explicit CSR approval, ensuring accuracy and adherence to the shop's standards. After approval, Estima8 generates the estimate within PrintSmith Vision and sends it to the customer promptly. This rapid turnaround not only enhances customer satisfaction but also increases the likelihood of securing the job, as faster quotes often lead to higher conversion rates. Additionally, Estima8 incorporates digital proofing within the same workflow, allowing customers to review and approve proofs without delay. Key features of Estima8 include: - **Instant Intake:** The software reads and processes job requests the moment they arrive, eliminating delays associated with manual handling. - **CSR Control:** While automating much of the process, Estima8 ensures that CSRs retain control, with nothing being sent to customers without their approval. - **PrintSmith Vision Integration:** Estimates are generated directly within PSV, maintaining consistency and reducing the need for additional software or manual data entry. - **Chat Confirmation:** Job details are confirmed through conversational interactions, making the process more intuitive and reducing the back-and-forth often required to finalize specifications. - **Built-in Proofing:** Digital proofs are integrated into the workflow, allowing for seamless proofing and approval processes. - **Consistent Quotes:** Estima8 applies the print shop's pricing logic consistently, ensuring that every estimate aligns with established pricing structures. For print shops seeking to further enhance customer engagement, Estima8 offers a widget that can be embedded directly into their websites. This feature allows customers to describe their job requirements in their own words and receive instant estimates and digital proofs. The request then enters the shop's workflow, ready for processing, thereby providing a seamless and efficient experience for both the customer and the print shop. In summary, Estima8 revolutionizes the quoting process for print shops by leveraging AI to automate and expedite estimates, integrating smoothly with existing systems, and maintaining essential human oversight. This combination of speed, accuracy, and control positions Estima8 as a valuable tool for print shops aiming to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
