EstateWorks Reviews & Product Details

EstateWorks is a case management and workflow platform purpose-built for Trust & Estate organizations, including law firms, banks and trust companies. It supports estate settlement /administration and estate planning by bringing matter information, configurable processes and checklists, tasks, deadlines, contacts, financial data, documents, forms and reporting into one system. EstateWorks integrates with DecisionVault, EstateVal, Appraise and selected estate tax preparation systems to help Trust & Estate organizations move information between the tools they use, reduce duplicate data entry and support a more connected estate settlement and planning workflow. Organizations use EstateWorks to standardize how work is performed while accommodating the requirements of individual matters. Tasks can be assigned by role, due dates calculated automatically, documents generated from matter data and progress viewed across matters, teams and offices. Because operational information is captured through the work itself, EstateWorks provides real-time matter transparency and management visibility without requiring separate status reporting—helping Trust & Estate operations become more consistent, visible and reliable.
