The user-friendly interface makes it easy for both beginners and seasoned professionals to navigate, while the wide range of functionalities makes it a powerful asset in managing risks.

One of the standout features is its ability to create strong connections between various risk-related objects such as risks, causes, consequences, mitigation strategies, actions, key risk indicators (KRIs), subrisks, and more. This interconnected approach provides a comprehensive view of risk management, which is essential for ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

The implementation process was very quick and easy, almost like setting up a subscription. It required minimal effort to get started, which allowed us to begin using the system right away.

One area where Essential ERM could improve is in the availability of dashboards for action plans. While the system does allow for monitoring of action plans, there currently isn’t a dedicated dashboard specifically for this purpose. Having a separate, easily accessible dashboard focused solely on tracking and visualizing the progress of action plans would enhance the user experience and make it easier to stay on top of mitigation efforts.
