What we value most is their expertise and communication. The team combines deep SEO knowledge with a structured, data-driven approach, ensuring every action has a clear purpose. They are transparent, quick to respond, and always proactive in sharing updates, which makes the entire collaboration smooth and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If anything, their thorough approach sometimes requires more time for implementation than expected, but this comes with the benefit of higher quality and sustainable results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Clear strategy + execution. We get a prioritized roadmap, concise reporting tied to business KPIs, and fast, to-the-point communication. They’re comfortable working with our devs on technical SEO (CWV, architecture, redirects) and with our content team on briefs and on-page optimization. No fluff—just consistent, compound gains. Two minor things: (1) some bigger experiments (e.g., programmatic SEO, aggressive digital PR) move slower than we’d like because they prefer validating assumptions first; (2) occasional timezone lag on same-day asks. Neither has been a blocker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate that they works as if they are part of our internal team. They’re proactive, fast in communication, and always come with solutions, not problems. It’s rare to find a team that cares about results as much as you do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We don't have any complaints, everything is really perfect. The only challenge is that effective SEO is an ongoing process, so results build over time. However, this is part of the nature of SEO itself, not a reflection on their performance. But we believe that Equinox team will bring the best results for us. There isn’t anything significant we dislike. If we had to mention something, it would be that their pace and ambition are high, which sometimes pushed us to align faster internally. However, this ultimately worked in our favor and contributed to faster progress. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
