"Good ITSM tool"

What do you like best about Epiplex?

I worked on ITSM part of it and its offering lots of features in that like Incident Management, Change Management, Service Request, Asset Management. Also it offers customized Dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Epiplex?

The ease of use without much complexity and very less dependency on user training helped a lot and did the job for us.

Software gets the job done completely and does what it is expected to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Epiplex?

It is not user friendly.

Turn around time is very high.

Output is in the form of a zip file and cannot be used on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Epiplex:

Once you make a tutorial file using epiplex, keep in mind that packed file will be sent to some other team in Bangalore and they will prepare a final version for you. Secondly, there will be multiple iterations when it comes to the final product.

Also the output would be in the form of a web page HTML and not MP4 which you can share on whatsapp or any other media . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Epiplex solving and how is that benefiting you?

Epiplex helped us to train the field team regarding the new functionalities developed during our transition from SAP R3 to S4. This has significantly reduced the time required to gather the team and explain them the functionality.
