Also it offers customized Dashboard. **What do you dislike about Epiplex?** The UI is bit complicated i feel, if we compare with others ITSM tool. Also It has ess popularity. **What problems is Epiplex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its help to track the application issue and update business on it. It help imporve service dalivery. It definitely makes the documentation / Setting up LMS easier. **What do you dislike about Epiplex?** There's nothing as such to be disliked due to the limited usage that we are doing as of now. In case we come across any challenge worth sharing, will do share that in the review here. **What problems is Epiplex solving and how is that benefiting you?** The first and the foremost is the ease of documentation. We have used it mainly for that purpose only which saved us a lot of time and efforts. The option of audio and visual support is good addon. ### 4. Turn around time is very high. Output is in the form of a zip file and cannot be used on the phone. **Recommendations to others considering Epiplex:** Once you make a tutorial file using epiplex, keep in mind that packed file will be sent to some other team in Bangalore and they will prepare a final version for you. Secondly, there will be multiple iterations when it comes to the final product. Also the output would be in the form of a web page HTML and not MP4 which you can share on whatsapp or any other media . **What problems is Epiplex solving and how is that benefiting you?** Epiplex helped us to train the field team regarding the new functionalities developed during our transition from SAP R3 to S4. This has significantly reduced the time required to gather the team and explain them the functionality.
