It can capture all the screen recordings and evidences in a good format, which allows the reviewer to review the test scenarios efficiently. That feature is awesome, and I like that. It's also great that it is integrated with all other third-party applications like SAP and cloud-based applications. It's a single sign-on, making it very easy to access. One thing that can be improved is when we execute the integration with cloud-based applications. Sometimes it takes a while and zooms the screen unexpectedly. There should be options when we start recording to zoom in, zoom out the screen so it focuses properly. If we need to capture the whole screen, there should be an option for that too. I see few drawbacks. The tool adapts to a GxP environment and, as a result, it sometimes offers a lot of configurations. It is therefore very comprehensive, but we don't necessarily use all the options at 100%. There have been challenges getting updates to work in AVD in the past, and we struggled initially to get the Panaya recorder working, but once we upgraded our AVD servers, there haven't been any issues - and since switching over to the Panaya screen recorder, these concerns have been minimized even further.
