Enough CRM Reviews & Product Details

Enough CRM is a multi-tenant CRM platform purpose-built for founders, agencies, and small sales teams running cold outreach. It combines email sequencing, pipeline management, and email account rotation in one tool — replacing the need for separate outreach tools and CRMs. Core capabilities: - Cold email sequences — Multi-step automated email campaigns with smart delays, A/B testing, auto-stop on reply, and personalization variables. - Email account rotation — Automatically distribute sending volume across multiple connected email accounts to protect deliverability and scale outreach safely. - Visual pipeline management — Drag-and-drop Kanban board with customizable stages, deal values, and forecasting. - Multi-tenant workspaces — Fully isolated workspaces per brand, client, or team. Separate contacts, sequences, settings, and analytics with one login. - Contact management — Unified records with full activity history, CSV import with dedup and validation, tagging, and segmentation. - Deliverability tools — Per-account sending limits, bounce detection, and monitoring to keep emails landing in inboxes. - Security-first architecture — Built by QCecuring Technologies (enterprise cryptographic operations). AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, per-tenant key isolation. Who it's for: - Solo founders doing outbound sales - Small sales teams (1-10 people) - Agencies managing outreach for multiple clients - VC firms supporting portfolio company sales efforts - Anyone who's outgrown spreadsheets but doesn't need Salesforce Pricing: Free forever plan (500 contacts, 3 sequences, pipeline management). Pro at $29/user/month. Enterprise with custom pricing. What makes it different: Most CRMs are built for inbound. Most cold email tools don't include a CRM. Enough CRM does both — sequences and pipeline in one, with email rotation that competitors charge extra for or don't offer at all. Set up in under 10 minutes, not weeks.
