## Enom Reviews
  ### 1. Working OK recently

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter J. | President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2022

**What do you like best about Enom?**

I have not had any significant issues since recommending that people stay away. I continue to use the product and can now recommend it again.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

I still believe that the user interface can be improved significantly. I would be nice to see changes (edits, deletions, additions) logged so that you can roll back if necessary. Truthfully this should not be hard to do.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

Until January 15, 2022, I would have recommended eNom. Now I would advise everyone to stay as far away as possible from them.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are OK as a registrar. I find the site easy enough to navigate. As noted, the interface is a bit dated, but it works.

  ### 2. Not transparent about charges. These crooks taken $50 because i have not been enough active.

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Enom?**

Credit card payment is relatively fast, but it has relatively high minimum amount.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

This shady business (Enom, Tucows) has a hidden clause in their TOS allowing them to take away $50 from your account in case it has no domain registrations or transfers in one previous year. They denied to return my money back. I consider this similar to a theft, mainly because they have not notified me prior this to happen. This is significant amount of money in some countries. I am ending with these crooks and suggest everyone to use different domain registar which often offer better domain prices.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-

Good customer service, decent pricing, perfect service

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

They have discontinued some services over the years but I don't use those services anyway so no complaints.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

How to become a reseller of domain names and web services. I also use it for my own web howring and domain registration.

  ### 6. Straightforward Domain Services

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Enom?**

Reasonably straight forward process and smooth process to register domains.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

Lack of domain features; UI is passable but other players in the market make better navigation for a positive user experience.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although we had switch from Enom to another domain registrar, it had been helping us with domain management and renewal monitoring.

  ### 7. Asinine Jerk Pretenders who sell BULLSHI- for Money- FRAUDS

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary W. | Founder, President, Wendelken Piano Studio, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Enom?**

They are good at STEALING YOU MONEY AND YOUR TIME. ASSES.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

SEE ABOVE. FREAKS. DUE TO THEIR PERSISTENT INCOMPETENCE, I DEMANDED THEY RELINQUISH MY DOMAINS TO GODADDY IN JUNE, AND WAS PROMISED THEY WOULD DO SO. THEY FAILED TO DO SO.
JULY, REPEAT.
AUGUST, REPEAT.
NOVEMBER, I AM FURIOUS!!!!! ASSES

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ENOM SUCKS. THEY ARE GOING TO BE REPORTED TO THE US DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, THE ICANN, AND OTHERS. ASSES. THIEVES.

  ### 8. Enom is by far the best partner in domain sales

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zachary C. | Director & Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Enom?**

We have used eNom for a number of years as our primary domain reselling partner. Their platform makes it really easy to set pricing, configure extras and stay in control. Most popular billing portals have an eNom integration which makes it ideal for reselling at any scale.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

While we were on a grandfathered plan I know the initial buy-in cost can be high for small startup web hosting companies. We have also found their support to be difficult to get hold of from the UK.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eNom was handling all of our domain reselling needs, we also used them to provide SSL certificates and DNS hosting for parked domains.

  ### 9. Love this product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt M. | Service Desk Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2021

**What do you like best about Enom?**

eNom has all of our own domains as well as the managed domains of our clients in one portal. The ease of access is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

There is nothing I dislike about eNom at this time.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can quickly renew and manage SSL certificates in the portal and apply them to a domain.

  ### 10. Scheduled Maintenance took 24 hrs longer than projected causing my email to be down 2 days

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Enom?**

Easy to manage and link with my Google account.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

The extended maintenance period really hurt my ability to connect with customers and provide quick responses.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to sync my domain with Google easily

  ### 11. your office address

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Enom?**

various option it provides to user like language translation, spam protection and most important email space of 10 GB that too in lower cost.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

Not sure if it can be synced with other mails, or we can transfer our previous mail to the new one.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

please allow the migration option from older email to the new eNom email.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is a cost-saving service for small companies which they can afford.

  ### 12. Easiest Domain Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bobby S. | Desktop Support Specialist II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Enom?**

I love using Enom to manage my domain names. The layout makes management easy. All my company's domains for business and client use are hosted with eNom. Love the simplicity and single location to manage them all. The pricing is good. I think the pricing could be a little more aggressive or competitive with other hosting/domain providers.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

I think there could be other options added to help with the domain management. Adding more domain features could be eNom better. The ability to add an SSL certificate could be a little easier to add. I'm not sure if it's a setting I'm missing, but the two-factor authentication is required and I wish it could be turned off. I love the security of it, but if it could be turned off that would be more convenient.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

I love the ease of use and ease of management of my domains. I'd recommend eNom to anyone looking to use a domain management software. Domain features and options allow you to do almost anything you want to and with your domain name. I've used some other sites in the past to manage my domains, but with eNom, I have all my sites in one place and the features I need to make them the best.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple domain management. eNom is makes it easy to resolve issues and make changes. Single location for all domains makes it easy to manage them. With eNom, it's easy to renew domains and add domain features.

  ### 13. Simple, strightforward name registration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2018

**What do you like best about Enom?**

I like that there's some firm security and it's not that easy to just login without knowing your account information. I also like how the menu is easy and straightforward

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

Website builder isn't great, there are better tools out there.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

If you're looking for simple domain registration, this is a great solution. I've had no problems, it's easy to renew, you don't even have to know that much about IT in order to use the platform. If you don't, support is responsive and will be able to assist you.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have some domain forwarding with eNom. When we've had to move servers, it was extremely easy to point the old names at the new server in the menu.

  ### 14. Excellent value and a must for any web hosting company.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bret W. | Managing Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2018

**What do you like best about Enom?**

The API integration is seamless with 3rd party products which allows me to fully automate customer purchases. The pricing is the most competitive I have seen.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

Maybe not the nicest web interface in the modern times but it's functional.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

Give eNom a try. You won't be disappointed and it'll boost your business margins by a healthy percentage.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not problem solving, but providing a good quality service to my own customers.

  ### 15. Basic domain services fine, but hard to transfer out

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2018

**What do you like best about Enom?**

I was able to easily register multiple domain names with this service, and the interface to determine available names was quite helpful.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

When the time came to consolidate my domains into a single locale, it took some serious workarounds and interaction with customer support to get access to change some domain settings.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

eNom requires you to be a bit more tech-savvy than its competitors, so be prepared for that before you select them as your registrant.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to easily vet and register domain names and then track them in a single locale. eNom was good at this, but didn't have a good interface to adjust settings when moving domains out.

  ### 16. Integrate with Google Business Suite

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley T. | Licensed Realtor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Enom?**

I like that google manages most of the settings for the website

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

User interface is not intuitive there are a lot of settings that can be very confusing

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Business web domain

  ### 17. Customer service wait times have been poor

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim M. | AM, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2018

**What do you like best about Enom?**

Ease of use inside the dashboard. It's intuitive enough that I know where to go.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

Customer service.

We waited over 45 minutes on hold this week.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

Do not rely on the helpdesk

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SSL's

  ### 18. I love Enom, been with them 10 years.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Enom?**

I have been with enom for over 10 years. I love how easy it is to register domain and control them using their portal. Customer service is great, and they have amazing pricing.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

Recent hikes in pricing due to ICANN register fees, but truth be told that’s not Enoms fault. They keep their margin low to pass on savings to the customer.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enom helps us register domains and control where they’re pointed for hosting. They’re tremendously easy to use which is why I’ve been loyal for ten years.

  ### 19. Enom is a solid domain name registrar and web hosting option

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Enom?**

There are lots of options for web hosting and domain registration. I like Enom because of the easy to use web interface and the strong customer support.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

There is not a lot to dislike but if I had to suggest something I would say that the SSL process is a little confusing. If they can find a way to make this easier for end users, I think it would help.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

domain name registration
web hosting
SSL certs
web building tools (to a degree)

  ### 20. The best register with the worst interface

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Enom?**

The name registration is relatively simple and the DNS update is very fast.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

The interface is not intuitive. Sometimes it is difficult to find what one is looking for.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Domain registration

  ### 21. Internet and cloud services for consultants and reseller

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JoAnna C. | President, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2016

**What do you like best about Enom?**

Pretty much every service you can think of is available. From ssl to virtual servers and domains. Great tie-in to WHM via their api. Makes offering add-on services very easy.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

Somewhat clunky web interface. Also wish billing worked a little different. Don't like having to have a bank of funds tied up when they can just bill it directly.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

If you're considering godaddy I suggest you look into eNom. They have more options, and better pricing. IMHO.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Availability of services as well as platform to automate accounts through WHM. Web developing is much easier having this available. Don't have to worry about billing either.

  ### 22. Very good experience overall

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Enom?**

Getting a domain was a very easy and smooth process

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

A lot of steps involved, but easy to do and the steps are clear

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

Would recommend. Good product overall.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digital marketing and web recognition

  ### 23. Enom for DNS Service

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abraham S. | Owner, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2016

**What do you like best about Enom?**

Enom has relatively inexpensive DNS service compared to many of its competitors. It is a big name in internet domains, relatively well respected. I used their hosted email and DNS services and was functionally satisfied

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

The user interface for configuration and usage of their services was very difficult to use. They definitely could have used an upgrade. Other than that, I just didn't find anything I particularly liked about it. I did find another company that was less expensive and more to my liking, at least for the hosted email service.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

While I may not have enjoyed Enom's systems, they are worth considering if you're shopping around for value and don't mind working with some antiquated systems. It is also possible that they've upgraded things recently.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was using Enom's DNS and hosted email services, which met my needs for as long as I could stand to work with their control interface.

  ### 24. Abysmal service provider

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2017

**What do you like best about Enom?**

nothing at all - they have not provided any service of any value thus far

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

their support is atrocious - an average of 14 days wait on every response and they send you in circles - over 40 days into a ticket now and we're back to the original request that was never fulfilled.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

avoid at all costs.
There are hundreds of other providers with better customer service

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

domain name management

  ### 25. Easy to Integrate into a website, but probably not worth it overall

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon W. | Financial Analyst II, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2016

**What do you like best about Enom?**

The integration is really simple, and the customization of price really helps my business stand out in comparison to other domain name providers out there. I also like their 24/7 support availability and the compatibility with WHMCS software.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

Although it is easy to integrate, this software does not always work. I have been struggling for a very long time to get the software to be usable with everything, however whenever I use it I find that it gives me an error, and has to go through a third party provider which is really annoying. The wait time on the support staff is ridiculous, and it always takes forever to speak to a real person.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

If you feel like long hours on the phone waiting for a response from a service representative, then this is the software for you. It does not fully integrate, although it is very easy to set up. Use Enom at your own risk is all that I can really comfortably say to you.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this software to provide domain names and such to my current clients of a web hosting and web development firm. It allows me to set my own prices, and set what I offer or don't offer. I really enjoy the complete customization they offer, if only they would actually start working.

  ### 26. Good reseller account, raised prices recently

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2016

**What do you like best about Enom?**

They've got a great dashboard where you can keep all the domains and manage the DNS well. Their DNS servers tend to be very fast as well.

**What do you dislike about Enom?**

There were a few DNS outages this last year. They also raised the rates for their .COMs by $1. We're on the best tier they offer and the reseller rate for a .com is now almost $10.

**Recommendations to others considering Enom:**

Get the best tier possible if you're going to be a reseller. Also have an outside DNS hosting like CloudFlare available if needed.

**What problems is Enom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bulk management of domains, DNS and best rates for domains, however, now their rates aren't the best anymore.
