This shady business (Enom, Tucows) has a hidden clause in their TOS allowing them to take away $50 from your account in case it has no domain registrations or transfers in one previous year. They denied to return my money back. I consider this similar to a theft, mainly because they have not notified me prior this to happen. This is significant amount of money in some countries. We have used eNom for a number of years as our primary domain reselling partner. Their platform makes it really easy to set pricing, configure extras and stay in control.
