Either way, summaries feed into the PM Agent as context, so it already knows what was discussed without me re-explaining it **What do you dislike about Enji.ai?** Occasionally the Conference Bot mis-attributes action items in the summary, like assigning a task to the wrong person when it was clearly assigned to someone else on the call. That said, the team ships fixes regularly and these kinds of mistakes have been showing up less over time **What problems is Enji.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Enji, project context was scattered across different tools and chats. Now everything lives in one place, and I can interact with that context directly through the PM Agent instead of hunting it down myself. ### 2. Progress, budget, who is working on what, where things are stuck. Before this I had four tabs open and still missed stuff. The AI assistant is the part I use most, I just ask it questions in normal words and it answers from our own data. For us the comparison was not against another tool, it was against the hours managers spent assembling reports. Four people spending six to eight hours a week on status collection costs more than the subscription, so the math worked out quickly. It is not the cheapest thing in our stack, but it replaced work rather than adding to it. **What do you dislike about Enji.ai?** With the agent you have to learn how to ask. Broad questions give broad answers, and I still double-check anything I am going to send to a client. It has gotten better, but it is not something I would use completely unsupervised yet. **What problems is Enji.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Two things: visibility and time. I did not have a reliable way to see what was happening across projects without asking people, and manual reporting ate into the work that actually mattered. It helps spot risks, understand what is happening across projects, and reduces the time spent searching through different tools. **What do you dislike about Enji.ai?** The onboarding took some time because there was a lot of company and project data to connect and configure. However, we are a large company with many projects, so this was expected and made sense for our setup. **What problems is Enji.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Enji.ai helps us bring data from different projects and tools into one place, so we can quickly understand what is happening across the company. On the daily basis I need to know who of engineers are available for my projects and how much do they cost. How many people are currently not occupied or who will be free from a project soon. This allows me to plan ahead and make sure the prices are well-defined so that our company still has a margin, but at the same time the customers are enjoying well-balanced pricing. With Enji I can get on a call with a potential customer and instantly understand what I can offer and how much a solution will cost. With Enji, I can also "reserve" those team members for others not to rely on them in the other projects, so that a customer will get the right people at the right time and the team is not "split" in between several projects to avoid multitasking. ### 5.
