## About Enerflo
Enerflo is the operating system for residential solar — the unified software platform that solar installers, EPCs, sales organizations, and vertically integrated solar companies use to run their entire business from lead to PTO. **What do you like best about Enerflo?**

I’d say the support is top-notch. You can go from a very knowledgeable and surprisingly accurate chatbot to basic support that can still answer very technical questions. And then there’s level 2 support and above, which is consistently able to handle the really difficult problems we send their way. Savohna brings it all together by running point on the majority of those issues and keeping us informed as all the moving pieces on our side shift around.

**What do you dislike about Enerflo?**

Being on the more technical side, it can be hard at times to tell what we’re expected to handle as admins versus what the Enerflo team would take care of. I’m mainly referring to the ability to implement our own signable docs and map them out ourselves. From the sales side, managing rep logins is also tough—how to set them up, where to input them, and how the V1/V2 settings work can get out of hand sometimes. For integrations with financiers, we push our reps to use “Talk to Enerflo” as much as possible, but a bigger red flag is anytime they have to be routed to the financier’s support. We’d rather avoid having them in those portals if we can.

**What problems is Enerflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A true one-stop shop. It’s helped us make sense of the mess of different financiers and tools we use, and that we’ve accumulated over the past year and beyond. On top of that, we have different needs across our dealer channel (external/preferred) and our sales partners. This tool has been a great way to bring all of those scenarios together and integrate them without everything falling apart.

**What do you like best about Enerflo?**

I find Enerflo extremely simple to use, which is great. I love that they provide a one-stop shop for our reps and sales partners to complete deals accurately. It prevents us from having to use multiple logins and systems, with all our finance partners integrated into one tool. The install tracker feature is phenomenal, and their support team is fantastic—they're always available to assist and direct me to the right people. This great support really enhances my experience with the platform. The process of setting it up was very easy thanks to the supportive Enerflo team, which made the transition seamless for us.

**What do you dislike about Enerflo?**

I have no dislikes about Enerflo.

Enerflo streamlines our operations by eliminating multiple logins and integrating with finance partners, providing a one-stop shop for sales, enhancing accuracy, and improving user experience with great support.

I'm finding that certain lender improvements are needed on the Enerflo Platform. It would be beneficial to have different industry options or revenue streams available.

I use the Enerflo Platform for lead CRM, pipeline tracking, and a solar quoting platform. Its flexibility and connections with lenders and installers keep multiple business functions in one platform.

**What do you like best about Enerflo?**

CRM functionaility is great. They have everything I need at my fingertips. 

The platform is also very sleek and looks visually appealing. It also integrates will with my current dialing software. Very easy and simple to use. We use Enerflo every single day and they have not let us down at all! We're extremely satisfied so far!

**What do you dislike about Enerflo?**

I think it took me a while to understand how to use the platform. At first i was a bit overwhelmed but once I began using it every day, I got very used to the product. And i became very fond.

**What problems is Enerflo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is giving us visibility for all of our clients. It gives us full visibilty at any point of the sale.
