Bulk editing fields or making quick changes to segments can feel a bit clunky at times and often requires setting up separate flows just to update a small group. Brevo was solid—great for general marketing emails—but it felt more geared toward broad campaigns rather than behavior-based automation. ActiveCampaign, on the other hand, didn’t quite click. The interface felt cluttered and harder to manage, especially when trying to build more complex workflows. Encharge strikes a great balance: it’s powerful, clean, and focused on automation that actually supports product-led growth and SaaS-style funnels.
