Employee Wellbeing Management Platform Reviews & Product Details

KAYA is an Employee Wellbeing Management (EWM) platform that acts as a wellbeing catalyst; it stimulates wellbeing activity and improves wellbeing outputs for employers and wellbeing/employee benefit solution providers.  KAYA measures the wellbeing pulse of employees and a business on a quarterly basis, linking employers, employees and wellbeing/benefit solutions. Our EWM measures employee wellbeing via a simple online questionnaire that measures wellbeing quantitatively (the KAYA Index) and captures individual wellbeing challenges and their effect on work productivity.  Once identified we direct employees to the relevant support resources that can help them address their wellbeing challenges and improve their productivity.  This targeted approach means we are able to cut through the wellbeing fog and link actual improvements to the support provided, aggregating individual wellbeing scores into team and company wellbeing levels; and demonstrating a real return on wellbeing.  The solution is a mobile enabled web page so can be integrated into existing benefits/wellbeing apps and portals.\ [14:24] Lee Williams JOWSA KAYA is an Employee Wellbeing Management System (EWMS) that acts as a wellbeing catalyst; it stimulate wellbeing activity and improves wellbeing outputs for employers and wellbeing/employee benefit solution providers.  KAYA measures the wellbeing pulse of employees and a business on a quarterly basis, linking employers, employees and wellbeing/benefit solutions.
