What do you like best about Emailit?

I like the email verification; it's a good tool. The email sending feature just does what it's supposed to do. I also think the APIs are cool. Verifying your account is another good thing because it automatically puts you into a higher graded pool, which is pretty good. Plus, you can purchase extra for a dedicated domain or server, which gives you more protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emailit?

They've done a lot of improvements with verification, but maybe the builder could be improved if you want a full email builder. AI could do more with the builder, and they could scope out the MCPs for the actual template builder more. It would be good if the AI could better design templates. What do you like best about Emailit?

The API was relatively simple to integrate, and the prepaid credit model initially seemed convenient for transactional email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Emailit?

Our experience became extremely poor when a deliverability issue occurred.

Emailit suspended our production workspace after informing us that Spamhaus had reported our traffic twice. We took the issue seriously, cooperated with support and repeatedly requested enough technical information to identify the messages concerned and understand the remediation expected from us.

Emailit ultimately decided not to restore our account.

We have since migrated to other providers and are not asking Emailit to reinstate the service.

The remaining issue is the unused prepaid balance. At the time of suspension, our Emailit dashboard showed 4,889,709 unused credits. Emailit has expressly refused to refund those credits, relying on its AUP.

We proposed a simple commercial resolution: refund the unused prepaid balance and we would consider the matter closed. That proposal was refused, so we have now initiated the appropriate recovery procedure.

What disappointed us most was the combination of an abrupt production suspension, limited remediation options, difficulty obtaining actionable information, and the refusal to refund a substantial unused prepaid balance after Emailit had permanently decided not to provide the service.
