elunos.ai Reviews & Product Details

elunos.ai is an AI phone agent platform that answers calls and manages customer interactions through natural conversation. Its visual flow builder lets teams design workflows as flowcharts without coding, ensuring reliable processes. The AI agent interprets caller intent, adapts to complex conversations, and follows defined workflows. The platform integrates with CRMs, calendars, ERPs, helpdesks, and telephony systems, enabling actions like booking appointments and updating records. Calls beyond the agent's scope are routed to team members with full context and transcripts. A knowledge base ensures responses align with company-specific documentation, while industry templates for sectors like healthcare, real estate, and automotive allow quick deployment. Supporting German and English with natural pronunciation, the platform processes data in GDPR-compliant infrastructure hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
