I have been working in HR and have recently taken on student and GA employment, I honestly can not think of one thing I like about this product. Although, we are not in the web-based system and are behind in our upgrades so maybe that is more of the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything! it is not user-friendly or intuitive. It often freezes and has very specific conditions under which it will work. It's a hassle to use and update. I like having everything in one place - it's the first place I check when I need to know something related to my benefits, payroll, employee info, etc. The menus are clean and uncluttered, which makes finding the options I need easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
