"Structured, Actionable Employee Engagement Insights with a Clean UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Eletive?

What I like most about Eletive is that it helps us manage employee engagement in a structured, measurable, and repeatable way. In my role as [your role], I use Eletive to [review engagement results / follow up with managers / support HR or people initiatives / monitor team sentiment] across [team, department, or company size].

The platform gives us a clear overview of survey results, trends, and focus areas. That makes it easier to move conversations from broad questions like “how are people feeling?” to more actionable ones, such as “which topics need attention?” and “what actions should we prioritize next?”

I especially value the dashboards and reporting views. We use them to review [examples: engagement scores, eNPS, participation rates, leadership feedback, workload feedback, team-level trends]. The way Eletive presents insights makes it easier to spot patterns across teams and follow up, without having to manually consolidate survey responses or build reports from scratch.

The UI is clean and easy to navigate. Managers and employees can quickly understand where to go, what information is available, and what actions are expected. This is particularly helpful when working with managers who don’t spend their entire day in HR or people analytics tools.

Another strong point is that Eletive supports continuous improvement rather than only one-off annual engagement surveys. We use [pulse surveys / recurring surveys/action plans/dashboards] to keep the employee experience visible throughout the year. This has improved our workflow by making engagement data easier to review, discuss, and translate into concrete follow-up actions.

The onboarding and support experience has also been valuable. During [implementation/setup/rollout/configuration], the guidance helped us configure the platform, engage the right stakeholders, and ensure the survey data was useful for decision-making.

Overall, Eletive provides strong value by helping us make better people-related decisions, improve transparency, and follow up on employee feedback more consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eletive?

The main area I would like to see improved is deeper customization and more advanced reporting. The standard dashboards are useful for getting a quick overview, but for more detailed analysis, it would be helpful to have more flexible filtering, segmentation, and export options.

For example, when reviewing results by [department/location/manager group/seniority/business unit], more configurable reporting would make it easier to analyze trends in the exact way our organization operates. The current reporting is helpful, but larger or more complex organizations may need additional flexibility.

There can also be a learning curve for managers who are not used to working with engagement data regularly. The platform itself is generally easy to navigate, but interpreting results and turning them into concrete actions sometimes requires internal enablement, manager training, or additional guidance from HR.

Another area for improvement is integrations. While the core functionality works well, broader or more configurable integrations with [HRIS / Slack / Microsoft Teams/collaboration tools/reporting tools] would make it easier to embed Eletive into existing workflows and reduce manual administration.

These are not major blockers for us, but improving customization, reporting depth, and integrations would make the platform even more valuable, especially for larger teams or organizations with more complex structures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Actionable Individual Reports and Insights That Improve Workplace Experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Eletive?

What I like most about Eletive is its ability to combine AI-driven insights with a strong focus on performance and engagement. The platform makes it easy to turn employee feedback into actionable insights, helping both HR and managers improve performance in a structured and continuous way.

I also appreciate the intuitive onboarding and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy for both employees and managers to get started and adopt the tool quickly. Additionally, the pricing model feels accessible and scalable, which makes it a realistic option for long-term use. Overall, Eletive strikes a good balance between advanced functionality and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eletive?

I would like to see improvements in the 1-on-1 functionality, making it easier to create actionable items during meetings and seamlessly connect them to recurring 1-on-1s with my manager for follow-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Turning Anonymous Feedback into Actionable Insights and Measurable Trends"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Eletive?

I like that it gives employees a voice and makes feedback feel more continuous rather than a one-off exercise. The anonymity also makes it easier to be honest and share real concerns. It’s great that the tool lets you track historical data across each survey, so you can see how things change over time. I also appreciate how it turns feedback into clear, actionable insights that management can actually act on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eletive?

When entering data for new users or making updates, the process can sometimes feel quite complex, especially when adding attributes or managing larger changes that need to be backdated. That said, Diana has been a tremendous support to our business throughout and she was particularly helpful during our first global survey last year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great “My” Page for Employee Ownership, but Needs More Flexibility for Complex Orgs"
3/5
What do you like best about Eletive?

One feature I particularly like is the “My” page. It shifts engagement and work environment from being solely a managerial responsibility to something employees themselves can actively engage with. It encourages reflection and personal ownership, which is a refreshing approach compared to many traditional tools that place all responsibility on leadership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eletive?

for larger and more complex organizations, there are areas where the platform could be further developed. While there are solid workarounds for more advanced needs, some additional flexibility and scalability would make a significant difference in those environments. What do you dislike about Eletive?

Eletive is always aiming to improve its tool, and one risk with that is developing features that aren’t applicable to every company using it. That said, Eletive has listened to this feedback, and I’m confident that going forward they will provide an earlier heads-up when a change affects how the platform is used. "Clear insights and graphics - lacks better follow-up and comparisons"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Eletive?

We use Eletive both for employee surveys and for 1 to 1 conversations. Also for creating our own surveys. Different experiences for different use cases.

Employee surveys: The results are good and clearly presented, both in the system and if you choose to export to a PPP. It's good that in the system you can click further into each question, and then also get tips on how to work with the result if it is low. The questions are good and relevant, and it's good that there are comparative figures from the industry.

1 to 1: It's good that the possibility to work with Performance management is available in the same system. It's good that you can create your own templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eletive?

Employee Surveys: What I miss is a clear way to compare by segment with the entire organization or with previous results for the same group.

1 to 1: I miss the ability to track at the organizational level how many conversations have been conducted. It should be such that when a manager has had a conversation, they click on Complete so that both the manager and the main administrator can track feasibility. I also miss "templates" in the question set to set goals and activities for the coming year. This should also carry over to next year's conversation as a follow-up point. "Effortlessly Boosts Employee Engagement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Eletive?

I find Eletive easy to use with its intuitive design and good, friendly support. It's very easy to set up and adapt to the way our organization is organized, which I appreciate. It has many features and presents data in a very helpful way. It's easy for our employees to use and allows us to monitor and segment our workforce into teams, projects, and departments effectively. I also like that it highlights areas that work well and those that require more focus, making it understandable without much upskilling needed for managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eletive?

I haven't really discovered any problems yet, only improvements I see is some features for sharing comments to specific department-leads or managers, but there are work-arounds for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Modern Survey Tool with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Eletive?

I use Eletive for employee surveys and workplace improvement questionnaires. I like that Eletive helps identify employee engagement and wellbeing issues with a structured way to get employees' feedback. It's easy to use from both the respondents' and managers' perspectives. Eletive is more modern and allows us to create as many surveys per year as we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Eletive?

The logic for building surveys is quite difficult and it's not possible to make many changes afterward. In addition, customized surveys are not easy to create in a way that allows for meaningful statistical analysis. Also, the initial setup is quite difficult to understand with all the attributes and settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Eletive?

We really like how Eletive works, it's easy to use for everybody and helps us get on-the-go feedback without having to wait until the end of a survey. The clear outcomes we get are a great plus, along with the ability to use PowerPoints to share results and set up good actions involving all employees. It’s incredibly user-friendly and enables employees to give feedback easily in just a couple of minutes, which helps us gather as great feedback to work with. Eletive allows leaders to take action on the spot and action plan together with our teams. It helps is to stay in touch with what’s going on at the workplace and improve.
