EKYGAI Reviews & Product Details

EKYGAI is an AI training assistant for endurance athletes and their coaches. It plans, explains and tracks training for triathlon, running, cycling, swimming and strength training — and unlike apps that auto-generate a plan and silently adjust it, EKYGAI is built around decision support: it analyzes your data, recommends and explains every session, and leaves the final call to you. For athletes. Tell EKYGAI your goal — a first 10K, a marathon, an Olympic-distance or long-course triathlon — and it builds a fully personalized, multi-week training program grounded in sports science. Each week, the plan adapts to what you actually did: completed sessions, fatigue, missed workouts. Its training-load engine is deterministic and explainable — the same situation always produces the same, traceable recommendation — so you can see and trust the reasoning behind every workout. Fitness and fatigue tracking (CTL, ATL, performance management chart) and race-readiness indicators show where you stand at a glance. EkyBot, the built-in conversational assistant, answers your training questions, explains why a session matters and reviews your week in plain language. Connected to your training. EKYGAI syncs with Apple Health and Health Connect (Garmin, Fitbit, Polar and more), records outdoor sessions with live GPS tracking and Bluetooth heart-rate sensors, and computes pace, elevation, heart-rate zones and training load. Real executed data feeds your next recommendation, closing the plan–train–analyze loop. For coaches and clubs. Independent endurance coaches and small coaching businesses manage their athletes on one platform, with three supervision modes: AI-autonomous, mixed AI-coach, or fully coach-led. An AI programme builder drafts structured plans that coaches review, adjust and approve — the coach stays in charge, EKYGAI does the heavy lifting. Who it's for. Endurance athletes from beginner to elite who want data-driven guidance without giving up control of their training; personal trainers and endurance coaches; sports clubs and teams. EKYGAI is available on the web and Android, with iOS coming soon. It's free to start, with a 30-day full-access trial — no credit card required — and paid plans from $9/month for athletes and $25–$90/month for coaches and teams. EKYGAI does not sell your data and does not run advertising. Built by EKYGAI LLP, London, United Kingdom.
