There is nothing major to dislike. As a group with diverse operations, we occasionally request advanced customizations — but the EHSWatch team responds quickly and incorporates improvements into the product roadmap. I use EHSWatch for reporting daily observations and tracking inspections, and it helps with everything related to HSE. It has so many features that meet our expectations, and every feature has something special. I particularly find the training metrics to be the most valuable feature as it helps in checking our records of expiry and identifying active courses. I don't like how you can't click on the numbers in the action dashboard to take you directly to the open observations. You have to manually search instead of just clicking the number. It would be easier if clicking on the numbers took us straight to those pending tasks. Also, there's a time delay in setup, which takes longer than expected, though everything was eventually handed over perfectly. I like that EHSWatch makes it easy to manage HSE inspections, report observations, track incidents, and monitor corrective actions all in one system. It's efficient for tracking everything, especially inspections and corrective actions, ensuring that nothing is missed. The real-time reporting of corrective actions is particularly helpful, as it allows us to report issues immediately from the site and assign actions to responsible persons.
