The dashboards are exceptionally clear and give us real-time visibility across multiple sites and business units. The mobile app is fast, reliable, and easy for our field teams to adopt. **What do you dislike about EHSWatch?** There is nothing major to dislike. As a group with diverse operations, we occasionally request advanced customizations — but the EHSWatch team responds quickly and incorporates improvements into the product roadmap. Their agility and willingness to enhance features based on real operational needs is a strong advantage. **What problems is EHSWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** EHSWatch has helped us address several long‑standing challenges. It has so many features that meet our expectations, and every feature has something special. I particularly find the training metrics to be the most valuable feature as it helps in checking our records of expiry and identifying active courses. Also, everything was handed over to me perfectly when I got the responsibility with EHSWatch, so I had no doubts or issues. **What do you dislike about EHSWatch?** I don't like how you can't click on the numbers in the action dashboard to take you directly to the open observations. You have to manually search instead of just clicking the number. It would be easier if clicking on the numbers took us straight to those pending tasks. Also, there's a time delay in setup, which takes longer than expected, though everything was eventually handed over perfectly.
