Eezytrace Reviews & Product Details

In a network of dozens or hundreds of sites, food safety requirements collide with day-to-day reality: paper records, incomplete HACCP files, staff turnover, and head-office visibility that arrives too late. Eezytrace closes that gap. Field teams record self-checks, traceability, temperature readings and cleaning schedules on a tablet or smartphone, in seconds. Quality managers see what has been done, what is missing and where to act, on one dashboard covering every site in real time. The platform is configured around your existing procedures: your own control sheets, labels and thresholds. Open APIs connect it to the tools already in place, and connected temperature sensors feed it automatically, so nothing is entered twice. It also covers internal audits with corrective action plans, document management, automatic site scoring and integrated training. Every record is timestamped, so evidence is produced in seconds during an inspection. Used by more than 60,000 users.
