Recommendations to others considering Edvantis: If you have specific needs for your project(s), bring them to the table. What problems is Edvantis solving and how is that benefiting you? Edvantis provides specialized staff for software engineering and in particular software quality assurance to us. In the QA field the experts perform activities across manual and automated testing in both frontend and backend systems. They are integrated into a larger team setup working with Scrum. Our main benefit is access to a team of good-performing experts which we would not find in our home country. Their communication is always excellent and very focused to make sure they fully understand our needs, it was very easy for all of us to get on the same page in the beginning. The team they provided got up to speed much faster than we expected (smart and talented developers!) but there is still frequent communication to see what is working, what isn't, and what should be changed. It hasn't been possible to visit the team in person yet, but that's really due to global politics and not Edvantis' fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Edvantis: If you're looking for contractors that can do more than just follow a list of directions, Edvantis has developers that can help grow your processes and improve your output and are more than just having contractors to throw busy work to. I've had mixed experiences with international contractors in the past, but this is the first time where I feel the contractors are just as invested in my company's success as my full time employees. We needed to spin up a new technical support team with 24-hour coverage, Edvantis not only helped provide team members with the right experience and skillsets, they helped figure out how we could schedule them to get the coverage we needed. This freed up other developers to focus more on new projects, and since we now have a team focusing on this level of support, critical issues get resolved quicker and the backlog of open issues shrank dramatically, along with the increased throughput we now have on new projects.
