Our Edlio Website CMS provides an intuitive website management platform with a plethora of tools including School News, custom Forms, Google and Office365 Integration, Pop-Up Notifications, Social Media Manager, Staff Directory, Teacher Pages, and more. Edlio Online Payments simplifies online school payments and helps K-12 school districts accept, track, and analyze all school-related fees. With our Edlio Mass Notification tools, schools can easily send parent alerts to voice, text and email in multiple languages. Schools are able to automate messages for attendance, low-lunch balances, and other personalized notifications. It comes with a lot of great features, and one of the best parts is how easily it connects with our SIS, PowerSchool. Importing and managing users has been super straightforward. What’s made the biggest difference for us is that Edlio has brought all of our communication into one place. Instead of bouncing between different tools for emails, texts, and announcements, we can now send everything from one platform. It’s streamlined the process and made it a lot easier to keep staff and families in the loop. Overall, Edlio has made communication smoother and more organized for everyone. **What do you dislike about Edlio?** Honestly, our biggest struggle was with setup. We had a lot of issues syncing it to PowerSchool, initially and there was no place to program standardized passwords. So, we had to have every user select "Forgot Password" to get set up. **What problems is Edlio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is so much easier to manage our webpage than it was and the biggest benefit is that all of our communication is really in one place now. We were using Flocknote before and were having constant issues with glitches and people being dropped out of groups. Those troubles are finally behind us. ### 2. From the web design process, to the mobile app, to the different groups I have joined to continue to learn more and make our experiences better, it has been perfect. There isn't one thing I would change! Customer support is quick to respond. Thank you, Edlio, for taking one thing off of our plate and making it easy to get started! **What do you dislike about Edlio?** The only thing I wish is that the app had the ability to send out messages by just typing a text instead of having to login to the backend every time. Otherwise, I love everything Edlio! **What problems is Edlio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Edlio solves communication bottlenecks. It helps with accessibility issues and streamlines processes that make it easier for our parents/community to follow our school. ### 3. With Edlio's tight social media and Google integration, we are able to push out news to all out platforms with ease. Our parents and community members can count on staying completely informed as long as they simply "connect" with us. ### 4. Edlio walks you through step-by-step everything you need to get your district and/or school site up and running. I also like that I can give access to specific pages to specific people, and they cannot easily mess up the look of the site. **What do you dislike about Edlio?** The Support can be slow to respond. Teachers without a lot of experience may find the back-end teacher pages confusing. **What problems is Edlio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Edlio helps us maintain a school website that is up-to-date. The company is also fairly responsive, answering help tickets within a few days. **What do you dislike about Edlio?** The user does not have as much control as one would like. There are many changes that must be made through help tickets instead of making the changes on your own. Also, the news section does not have as much flexibility as standard pages. **What problems is Edlio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Edlio hosts our website, which is nice, so that you don't have to design your own. The company has many templates to choose from. They also have settings that help make sure you are ADA compliant. ### 7. The tools allow almost any user the ability to organize and present content on the web. Their templates are professional and look great, too! **What do you dislike about Edlio?** One area where Edilo could improve is in their help articles. They are usually too short and too simple to be of any use for uncommon or specific questions. I can see them adding more articles to make a better user-led help solution. **Recommendations to others considering Edlio:** Arrange a meeting. Edlio is easy to talk to, and it helped us settle on using Edlio as our CMS. **What problems is Edlio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Edlio has helped make a great website that is easy to manage. Further, it allows for more employees to be involved in web messaging with their great WYSIWYG-like tools. They also have features to help engage the public and create a dialog with our stakeholders. ### 8. The team at Edlio communicates really well and responds as a team to all implementations concerns. We receive responses from our support and implementations team within an hour typically and resolutions are within 24 hours. The admin console is amazingly easy to use. **What do you dislike about Edlio?** Honestly, I can't find a dislike at this point.
