It comes with n unlimited number of design objects and superb Real Time rendering (they say it's powered by Unreal Engine) and AI-rendering tools. Excellent performance even under heavy workloads and even includes an Estimating solution directly updated with the BIM model. The guys at ACCA certainly know how to keep their users happy with fast and efficient Technical Support which is also included for Free! Integration with Solid modellers (Rhino, Blender, SketchUp) allow you to bring external design material into the BIM process with great ease and is something that you don't see in other similar solutions. MEP design is embedded with Smart objects that automatically connected between each other and grants the possibility to Model Piping and Ducting in Full 3D. Absolutely Amazing experience and given the yearly subscription cost, it's simply a can't do without BIM design package. **What do you dislike about Edificius?** No quick access features that are very useful for people like me that come from the typical 2D CAD applications. **Recommendations to others considering Edificius:** Excellent support **What problems is Edificius solving and how is that benefiting you?** Never loved messing with Renderings procedures and settings. This piece of software even has the Unreal engine implemented as a real Time rendering environment and producing presentation material is very straight-forward. ### 12.
