edicta Reviews & Product Details

edicta is an AI software for companies that bid on public tenders in Italy and Spain. It covers the whole process, from finding the right tender to submitting the offer. Every day edicta collects tenders from Italian e-procurement portals and matches them to your company profile: sectors, CPV codes, SOA qualifications, contract values and regions. No more checking dozens of platforms by hand. When you pick a tender, edicta reads the notice, the tender rules and the technical specifications in minutes. It extracts eligibility requirements, deadlines, award criteria and scoring, and flags inconsistencies between documents, such as different amounts or requirements, so you can ask for clarification in time. It then drafts the technical proposal criterion by criterion, based on the tender’s scoring grid and your company data, within the page limit set by the tender. Drafts export to Word. For pricing, edicta shows the discounts at which similar tenders are awarded, calculated from public award data. Built for construction, services and supply companies, consortia and consultants who bid on behalf of clients. Browser based, no installation. Plans start at €199 per month.
