**What do you like best about Inbox Tracker?**

What I like best about the platform is that it's very user-friendly. It provides metrics that help you improve your email business in an intuitive fashion.  Additionally, their support team are top-notch. We dealt mainly with Ann De Roon and she was amazing in helping us improve our business model. She was friendly, understanding, informative and most importantly, patient. 

**What do you dislike about Inbox Tracker?**

There isn't much on the site that is in need of improvement. 

**What problems is Inbox Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eDataSource is helping us improve our delivery metrics by highlighting our problem areas in authentication and giving us insight into our inbox deliverability.

**What do you like best about Inbox Tracker?**

Well, the tool has various features but the one that I personally liked the most is the ability to track deliverability. Overall the UI of the Platform is really good and it also helps in A/B testing.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Tracker?**

I believe the navigation of the tool could be a bit better. It takes time to get used to navigate through the tool.

**What problems is Inbox Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us in identifying if our email code has errors or not, not exactly pinpointing the error but still giving a gist that our email code and images could have errors.

**What do you like best about Inbox Tracker?**

Platform is super intuitive. Love that I can dig into the data and see what's going on with inbox vs spam placements, complaints, postmaster tool built in for Microsoft is a huge plus. Send an email today and ability to see instant results. Has access to cloudmark complaints. This is huge for me personally, because now I can test both my subject and copy within the body of my email to see what works and what does not. A lot of other platforms out there claim to do what these guys do. No one comes close. I've personally used several systems over the years and have also done this manually to fully understand the scope and power of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Tracker?**

The breakout of groups and IPs are not in line.  You see all IPs under all group you create.  It's not major, but if they can help separate different groups of IPs in batches so that you can report on data sets differently. This is for companies that have multiple IPs for different subsets of their business like I do.

**Recommendations to others considering Inbox Tracker:**

HIghly recommend this product to any serious email marketing team. If you're someone looking for true and valuable insights that you're having a hard time getting from other systems. Trust these guys.  I've been personally in email marketing for over 10 years and in the web design, marketing and usability for over 15 years and this one software I would highly recommend.

**What problems is Inbox Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OMG! Solved a lot of cloudmark content issues, being able to adjust segmentations on the fly based on reports we get back from the platform. This has help us improve our sending 10-fold.

**What do you like best about Inbox Tracker?**

This platform is wonderful.  I love the competitive tracker tool, and being able to monitor ISP's individually.  This tool enabled us to detect our pain points with our email sends, so we could make changes for improvement.  It gives you visual insight into competitors, DNS records, email performance, subject line analysis and more.  

**What do you dislike about Inbox Tracker?**

It needs to add a feature that shows if your email code and images have errors, or are too big.  It currently will show you where their could be errors in your code, but does not tell you what the error actually is. 

**What problems is Inbox Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delivery problems with Gmail, and our emails being sent to spam.

**What do you like best about Inbox Tracker?**

edatasource is one of the best this generation marketing tool. It helps to track the deliverability and other cross branding  reports. It gives various insights of our campaigns and helps to perform A/B test. It really helps to dynamically make our decision for future. Gives report in any format we would like. It checks our spam report.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Tracker?**

Till now all good. Not much to say about but user interface can be more simple.

**Recommendations to others considering Inbox Tracker:**

Use to tool to increase your products insight. Helps to improve in more dynamic and swiftly.

**What problems is Inbox Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use this to track the deliverability, spam, email open, etc reports. This helps to improve our email content and improve our sites performance.

**What do you like best about Inbox Tracker?**

eData is a great resource for finding a few key pieces of important information necessary for my line of work. The ability to identify ESP(s), top sending domains, Parent Companies, send volume and even inbox placement are extremely necessary for my line of work. The dataset on eData is extremely valuable and the best this specific website has to offer.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Tracker?**

Unfortunately, the data is very limited and at times feels even outdated. Send volumes don't always make sense and selecting data will sometimes take you to the wrong spot. It wasn't easy to navigate so it took our team a while to pick up on how to use it. Not enough clarification on which sources you should click on and where they will take you. Two stacked search bars makes it hard to distinguish the function of each. 

**Recommendations to others considering Inbox Tracker:**

Possibly locate an additional resource that mirrors this product and the data provided, but perhaps more expansive. 

**What problems is Inbox Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in sales enablement for a major ESP so having raw ESP data on companies is exactly what we need to offer our solution to potential clients. eData is beneficial for projecting necessary key points of data, sometimes all necessary info is located all on one page. We have such a large database of customers, that sometimes this even distinguishes if they're already a current user of our platform.

**What do you like best about Inbox Tracker?**

Their support channel is outstanding. They are super responsive to feature requests and questions. Also it exactly solves the problem we are trying to address. The amount of data they hold is enormous and they are quite flexible in terms of providing raw data if the UI doesn't expose the right aggregation we are looking at. Campaign information is accurate. Their alerting feature is useful. They have good integrations for alerting with email, SMS, Slack etc.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Tracker?**

There is potential to expand the feature set, though they are receptive for feedback and constantly improve on providing more features. They can improvise on alerting feature. It now supports basic features, but it can be rich enough for more custom setup. User management is managed by emails, it would be great if user management and access control is in the tool itself.

**Recommendations to others considering Inbox Tracker:**

They have a good trail policy too. Get access to the tool to realize the feature set it provides.

**What problems is Inbox Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had inbox deliverability issues especially for Gmail. Edatasource came in very handy to figure out what our problems are and how we could improve user engagement and inbox deliverability. It had holistic view of how campaigns are performing in terms of spam rates, our DKIM/SPF failures, how each ISP is treating our domain and IP reputation etc.

**What do you like best about Inbox Tracker?**

you can see examples of email content sent by a domain name and can compare data with competitors, but we only use it to glance at basic panel data and I am pretty sure you can do a lot more with it.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Tracker?**

It is a little challenging to navigate and I am not sure if we only have a subscription to part of the data available or what.  Not clear on all of its use cases and what tools they offer.  My company has an account I believe.

It provides insights on email sending data when searching by the domain name

**What do you like best about Inbox Tracker?**

The amount of details they give when showing results.  The estimated email volume, name and address of the company, screenshots of past emails.  All this along with their inbox placement.

**What do you dislike about Inbox Tracker?**

Some of the smaller domains are not "picked up" by eDS.  It can be somewhat frustrating that a domain yields no results.  

Our subscription expired and the users were not notified prior to expiration.  An email communicating to all users amongst the license would have been more appropriate.

**What problems is Inbox Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used it for prospecting to look for candidates for our email marketing platform
