Eclarix Reviews & Product Details

Eclarix is a unified operational monitoring platform that brings infrastructure, network, systems, applications, and SLA performance into a single operational view. It is built for IT teams that need to stop switching between disconnected monitoring tools and instead work from one shared source of truth across their entire IT environment. The platform continuously collects metrics, events, and service indicators from infrastructure, communication channels, systems, and applications. It correlates related signals across IT layers automatically, using ML-powered correlation and anomaly detection to cut alert noise and surface the likely root cause, with topology and event context included. This shifts teams from hours of manual investigation to minutes, and from firefighting to proactive service control. Core Modules IT Infrastructure Monitoring: physical and virtual servers, workstations, DBMS, virtualization and containerization platforms, storage, and backup infrastructure. Network Equipment and Communication Channel Monitoring: availability and performance monitoring for network devices, L2/L3 VPN tunnel monitoring with load testing, and network service supervision. Information Systems and Cloud Application Monitoring: web applications, portals, document management and accounting systems, CRM, ERP, 1C platforms, and video conferencing availability checks. SLA Service Level Monitoring: continuous SLA compliance tracking, clear responsibility boundaries across teams, and automated reporting. AIOps Engine: ML-based correlation of incidents and service failures, anomaly detection, root cause analysis support, predictive analytics, and identification of bottlenecks and degradation patterns. Key Capabilities Unified control plane across configuration items from multiple data sources, with pre-built template libraries. AIOps intelligence converts raw alerts into prioritized, context-rich incidents. Continuous 24/7/365 SLA monitoring with clear departmental ownership. Scales from office-level to multi-tenant enterprise environments, deployable on-premises or in the cloud. Unified dashboards for clear infrastructure visibility. Full lifecycle support from a dedicated expert team. Business Outcomes Better visibility across distributed environments, earlier detection of SLA risks, lower manual effort in incident operations, less alert fatigue, faster diagnosis and recovery, and clearer service accountability across teams. Who Uses Eclarix Used by IT infrastructure, NOC, SRE, and support teams, and evaluated by IT leadership (CIO, CTO, VP Infrastructure) in telecom, financial services and fintech, retail and e-commerce, manufacturing, and technology/SaaS companies where downtime carries direct financial or regulatory risk. Why Teams Choose Eclarix Custom development, flexible licensing, direct access to the development team, fast onboarding and hands-on support, and long-term partnership rather than a one-time sale.
