Macola is a complicated system, with many of the reports needed to run the business not readily available, thus requiring consultants to set them up. Then testing must be done to ensure the accuracy of the reports. Nothing with Macola is quick, so be prepared to be patient if you choose to utilize this system. Macola doesn't have a way of being able to see quote conversions, because once you convert a quote to an order the quote disappears, so if you are looking for conversion percentages you have to track them outside of Macola.
