Ecamm Reviews & Product Details

The best aspect of Ecamm Live is the constant and prime support. Every month there's a new feature added to the product to improve your stream at no extra cost. Of course, I'm aware of other options that are free, but the Ecamm support and community are unbeatable if you want stability and constant communication with the developers. It's not cheap. You must understand that the product has a significant fee to pay monthly or yearly that has increased in the last year. However, the overall quality, constant upgrades and support the developers provide make everything worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the time I used it, each of Skype's frequent updates would require a reinstall of ecamm. This appears to have been resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best features of this software are the ability to record audio and video of Skype calls, simple interface, ability to share easily. This is quite a stable software and very user-friendly. As of now, transferring records on the Ecamm server in order to impart to another end user is impossible. However, if the recordings or documents are uploaded online, opposite end users can almost certainly open and view with no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it's intuitive and gets the job done. It's easy to monitor your audio while recording the call. It also makes transcription easier when you can mute your own voice and focus on the other speaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be a better product if it had a more designed display. It's very plain and looks basic. That can be a plus for most, but I do like something that looks more modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Ecamm Call Recording and Ecamm Live, and they are tools that have really helped my video-based business. I use the Live software several times a week to record videos for YouTube, and occasionally I use it for Facebook. It works incredibly well, I love the features (screen sharing, titles, camera switching, etc) and their customer services is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's hard to say I dislike anything about Ecamm because anytime I have a problem I just email their customer service and they help me resolve it or they fix it in a software update! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
