It give me the ability to stream to multiple networks and even schedule them in advance.. The audio and video setup is great and the overlays are easy to manage. Support is great and always helpful. **What do you dislike about Ecamm?** Ecamm can be costly for someone just getting into streaming and not using it frequently, but the $20 plan is a good bargain if you do not need interview mode. But, the $40 a month fee is out of my budget. **What problems is Ecamm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ecamm solve my streaming and recording needs. I love that i can record offline and make vidoes using a trud HD and even 4k software to make my training videos. ### 2. Every month there's a new feature added to the product to improve your stream at no extra cost. Of course, I'm aware of other options that are free, but the Ecamm support and community are unbeatable if you want stability and constant communication with the developers. **What do you dislike about Ecamm?** It's not cheap. You must understand that the product has a significant fee to pay monthly or yearly that has increased in the last year. However, the overall quality, constant upgrades and support the developers provide make everything worth it. **What problems is Ecamm solving and how is that benefiting you?** If you're primarily an Apple environment user (with iPads, iPhones and Macs) Ecamm allows you to connect and integrate everything as an extra device, whether as a camera or device to share media or a different screen. It's highly compatible with various types of cameras, microphones and interfaces. That allows you to have a very professional TV studio-like stream. ### 3. Ecam lets me have granular control over graphics etc and produce a more professional output for my customers. ### 6. Support is efficient and effective. **What do you dislike about Ecamm?** At the time I used it, each of Skype's frequent updates would require a reinstall of ecamm. This appears to have been resolved. **What problems is Ecamm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skype did not natively allow export of individual tracks per participant. Ecamm provided a solution that did this seamlessly. ### 7. This is quite a stable software and very user friendly. So far the best recording software i have come across for skype recording. **What do you dislike about Ecamm?** As of now, transferring records on the Ecamm server in order to impart to another end client is unthinkable. Be that as it may, if the recordings or documents are transferred on the web, opposite end clients can almost certainly open and view with no issues. **Recommendations to others considering Ecamm:** I recommend this product for users who needs easy ways to save your conferences. **What problems is Ecamm solving and how is that benefiting you?** I record my online skype meetings for my reference and evidence purposes for future needs. This is very convenient and easy to use and share. ### 9. It's easy to monitor your audio while recording the call. It also makes transcription easier when you can mute your own voice and focus on the other speaker. **What do you dislike about Ecamm?** It would be a better product if it had a more designed display. It's very plain and looks basic. That can be a plus for most, but I do like something that looks more modern. **What problems is Ecamm solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes interviews so much simpler. I use the Live software several times a week to record videos for YouTube, and occasionally I use it for Facebook.
