Working with international clients through Easystaff Connect has been one of the most convenient experiences I have had so far with freelance platforms. My favorite part is how everything in this platform is designed to reduce bureaucracy and technical limitations. Security is obvious. I love their escrow-like payment tool where the platform keeps the money right after I accept the task. This is critical for me given that I work with payment guarantees and an arbitrage team if needed. Some projects I could find on Connect but two of my recent clients I invited to work through Connect because paying through Paypal was critical for them. (Connect supports payment through paypal.) Overall, EasyStaff Connect has become my go‑to platform for collaborating with international clients because it has everything I need to work with remote clients. Importantly, there is no subscription fee or minimum of active time on the platform. If I don’t use Connect for 2-3 months, it is okay - no charge or blocking the account. i just come back to it when I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EasyStaff Connect? it is nothing critical but i think there are not enough tasks/available projects on the platform yet. i mean i may have been lucky to find 3 tasks/clients in the platform, really. I recently tried EasyStaff Connect for the first time and overall, I’m pretty happy with the experience! I found a gig quickly. The pay was not too much, and I was not hopeful I would be able to withdraw this much right away, given how difficult international payments sometimes get. I was really ready to wait till some more money is stuck up in my account. And I was absolutely surprised when I got all of my $60 straight to my card in one sitting! Furthermore, I noticed the competition wasn’t overwhelming, which was a nice surprise as a newcomer. My account was empty pretty much, apart from a portfolio (I am a freelance copywriter and that supplements my corporate career). That said, I do think that the connection between EasyStaff Connect (the freelance service) and two other branches is confusing. I logged into EasyStaff Connect, but my account somehow ended up being in EasyStaff Payroll. I even had to log out and log back a couple of times just to double-check. I'd like to share my view of EasyBusy (now Connect!) as a client that used the platform to hire someone. Its greatets flex is that it's free. I only paid to the person I hired. Its second largest benefit is how i was able to find someone affordable and who spoke the language I spoke! Overall, my experience was fine. It took no more than a day to find the person I was looking for. And it was so easy to pay the lady I worked with! If there is one weakness, it's their chat - where i and my freelancer talk. We discussed a lot, and the chat space is primitive. But at the same time it is a problem for me because hiring through platforms noramlly takes unreasonably long. But the beauty of easybusy is that I can reach out to any freelancer I like at $0! When I saw the freelancer I wanted, I went to her profile, filled out the form and invited her right away. The ease is what matters to me, I don't have ages to look for someone. I've been poking around EasyStaff Connect for a couple weeks now, and I am getting a mixed opinion now. As a lead product designer, I see great potential in hiring talent globally, so I’m keen to try new platforms. The real game-changer here is that it’s totally free for companies to post projects wich is a huge plus to me. The interface is clean and pretty intuitive to use, which is definitely important to me, since I value good design even in platforms I use to find designers. I see they have recently updated their website (now it’s called Connect), but the UI has not changed yet - i’m really looking forward to it! Now, the drawback – and it’s a pretty significant one right now – is the size of the talent pool. I posted three different tasks and ended up seeing a lot of the same faces applying. Like, almost the same six or so people for each project. Definitely not ideal when you’re trying to get diverse workforce. Overall, EasyStaff Connect has potential. If they can ramp up their freelancer base, especially in niche areas like UX, UI, and animation, I will definitely view it as my go-to source. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I’m a filmmaker, and I love to delegare tedious, technical tasks to freelancers. The problem has always been in finding the right people. After I moved to Barcelona, the problem only got worse now that I had problems with fast payments. Domestic money transfers are always easier than paying someone abroad. So I came across easybusy as a payment tool rather than a freelance platform in the first place. I was pleasantly surprised that there were active freelancers who sent an offer in response to my job post. I can choose people based on languages they speak, their past experience and reviews they already have on their accounts. Orignally, the issue was with the payment. i could not pay the people I worked with anymore, and I had to either say goodbye to them or find a tool. From what I saw, I think it is an interesting opportunitity for those starting out in Freelance. The HR section is super free as of now, no competition.I was excited to try something new and build presence on a new platform. I like easy it is, really! Straight to the point,not too heavy on advertising inside, and the competiton is fair too. I'd recommend eaysbusy to anyone looking to start their career in freelance. I came to learn about EasyBusy through EasyStaff because my other client would pay me with EasyStaff. the marketplace is interesting but there are several features that make it seem less professional than it actually is. First, the design is still basic. I believe color palette, fonts, buttons, logo - everything needs revision and polishing. second, search results in Tasks are unfiltered, meaning although I chose the filed I still saw a lot of tasks that don't relate to my search request. I think I gave it the hardest test in a sense that I was looking for a 3-month partnership rather than a one-off gig contractor. And I liked the experience! I have only had one applicant,but they are awesome, and I like working with them. So I am pretty sure the platform works! I can't say I have been exploring it a lot. UI is okay, but it could be more intuitive. Functionality-wise, EasyBusy does what it should be doing, and that's enough for me. I really like EasyBusy does a background check on its freelancers. I know there are ways to overcome any identification, but I truly appreciate how much work goes into rapid and effective background check. Lastly, I should mention how fast transactions are. It does what it is supposed to do, without functional or graphic overload that is typical with huge freelance job websites. Joining EasyBusy, speaking with clients and publishing a portfolio is 100% free, and I paid for withdrawals only. I was able to get a gig after 1.5 weeks after I joined. So EasyBusy is still very new and uncrowded and there is space to earn extra with it. I tend to check eaysbusy daily although freelance for me is just fun, not an income source. EasyBusy is a decent platform for businesses looking to hire freelancers. Its biggest draw is undoubtedly the fact that it's free to use for businesses, and the freelancers listed tend to be competitively priced. As a startup owner, I am happy to have access to affordable workforce. I should also mention that geographic diversity of EasyBusy freelancers is also a plus; I was able to find contractors from various regions, which was helpful for localization-related projects. My favorite feature is freelancer storefront. The skill-based organization makes it easy to quickly browse available talent and assess their capabilities before contacting them.
