They dishonestly signed me up for a contract and did not fulfill their commitment. They are extremely expensive, and I am being billed for services I do not use. **What problems is EagleView solving and how is that benefiting you?** EagleView provides somewhat accurate roof measurements. ### 2. We have been using Eagleview to provide us with a shingle report to quote on roofs and have found that the reports consistently underestimate the shingles needed.. We have been ordering their “bid perfect” report. We’re finding that this report consistently under estimates the amount of shingles needed. We had a recent job at a home completed and the basic shingle report (including waste factor) underestimated the shingles needed by 6 squares! We called Eagle and they told us that had we selected their next step up premium report (costing up to $87), we would have received a much more accurate report. I told them I understood, and could they tell me the shingles that the next step up premium would have yielded for the most recent job that with the bid perfect report under estimating by six squares (including waste factor). Sarah tried to get the report for us. She reached out to her Sr. representative who said they wouldn’t tell us the shingles that the premium report would have done for the recent job. I told her that I needed to have documentation that the more expensive report would have guoted the additional six squares in order to continue doing business with them. She had the Sr. rep escalate and ask their Sr. managers if they would help us as this is a customer service issue and they said no! So I guess they either don’t have confidence in their reports (I had given them the numbers and address of the project), OR they could care less about their customers. I’ve already called three of Eagleview’s competitors and they said they are happy to help and are providing me with numbers for their basic and premium reports for our recent projects to check them. The imagery is very accurate and the measurements are precise which helps in solar installers. I can also use the AI-powered damage detection to identify any areas of concern. It is beneficial if I rotate and tilt photos, at desired angles to obtain assessments. Depending on the package you want to purchase the program has an apt ion to calculate materials needed for the jobs. **What do you dislike about EagleView?** For someone knew to this job market it at times was a little difficult to figure out. However after a month of using EagleView it became much easier to understand. **Recommendations to others considering EagleView:** I highly recommend this service. It's accurate and assists with helping to order supplies accurately. **What problems is EagleView solving and how is that benefiting you?** With EagleView I could send someone out to measure in a particular neighborhood and know how accurate it is for that neighborhood. It helps me do an initial review to see what properties that I may need to visit. I have field verified measurements and found them to be within a few tenths of what I measured with this software. As images improve with technology, I can see this software being more valuable. **What do you like best about EagleView?** I like that you can see things from multiple angles and that each angle has multiple photos that are slightly differen view. **What do you dislike about EagleView?** I wish I could spin and tilt the photos at the angles I want to as opposed to the preset views. I do realize that this would require a lot more photos and a lot of processing of the photos to achieve this. **Recommendations to others considering EagleView:** Paying for a higher resolution is worth it if you measure small structures. if you are measuring mainly barns it may no be need **What problems is EagleView solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it to virtually review properties. It helps us reduce time by limiting the amount of properties we physically visit.
