It makes remembering all of the of the parts of the IEP more manageable and easier to deal with. It gives us something to start with and examples in case we need some help with it. There is always someone to help with customer support. I use it daily. **What do you dislike about e-IEP PRO?** If we are not careful, we can become repetitive. We have to be careful of not using the same phrases or words over and over. **What problems is e-IEP PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't have to remember all of the elements of writing an IEP on my own or in which order I should write them. It gives them all to me in a great format that is easy to use. All of the elements that are required for the state of Arizona/Federal govt are there. Through this software, it is possible for me to differentiate and adjust instructions to make accommodations. Also, this software has a simple and easy to manage user interface. Any user types can appreciate its user-friendly interface because it has just a few but useful links. The simplicity of this software makes it more appealing to users. This software is something that we can easily share across the organizations. Overall, this software has the properties of quality software because it is functional, usable, reliable, dependable, and user-friendly. **What do you dislike about e-IEP PRO?** I don't experience any problem in using this simple yet functional software. I can say that I like all of the functionalities of this software. Thus, I like this software 100%. **Recommendations to others considering e-IEP PRO:** e-IEP PRO is superb and easy to manage web-based software. This software is one of a kind because it has features that are usable to all user types. I admire the developer of this software. **What problems is e-IEP PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** With e-IEP PRO, I can easily recognize students who have special needs. I have many students in the classroom and through this software, it is no longer hard for me to know who is who. This is very useful since I can have more knowledge about the students, making my classroom instructions suitable to all learners. Just by a click of a mouse, I will be able to generate a list of targeted students in my classroom. ### 3. Hard to find how to do stuff. The documentation is not particularly helpful, it takes a lot of searching to find answers. Often has issues that can't be solved without getting the director to call them. **What problems is e-IEP PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We do need to do IEPs, and the framework makes it easier for the teachers to complete what they need to do. Looks very official when completed, which is always a plus. ### 4. The 504 program could be more robust with the features that the IEP section has. **Recommendations to others considering e-IEP PRO:** Take advantage of the training offered. **What problems is e-IEP PRO solving and how is that benefiting you?** e-IEP PRO makes drafting IEPs easier and I know that all required components will be included. most importantly to me is that so many other school districts are using e-IEP PRO that IEPs and evaluations are transferring between the districts. This eliminates a lot of needless re entering of information. Also, documents are up loadable and those transfer as well. ### 5.
